Bought a 2020 freightliner m2 106 photos on the ad looked good. I didn't notice that the pics of the driver seat was either doctored or the seat was switched. When I got truck the the driver's bottom was horrible and i mean horrible. The seat looks like it's from the 90's. Whole left side bottom is gone. Battery was dead when i got there then check engine light was on turns out it has def problems. Smh. I live in Mi and flew down to Atl and drove it back. Beware of the $800 doc fee they add for Georgia trucks too. Spent 19k now I have to spend alot more to make it right...

Erik Santillano really showed his best when dealing with 3 different people in the office picking up asking questions and taking care of me all at the same time. If it was me I would have been overwhelmed and kicked everyone out and go home lol but great customer service and amazing kid

I bought a Ford Transit 250 from Penske…
I bought a Ford Transit 250 from Penske auction and the vehicle seems to be just as stated and very good, The people that I spoke to and emailed with seemed very nice and helpful. On the site its says no hidden fees but that is not true. I was charged a $799.00 administrative fee, $4.00 electronic processing fee, $2.00 temporary tag fee and Other taxes $40.15 I am not sure what that is. so be aware that there are fees that I can not find disclosed anywhere. I keep seeing "pay what you bid no buyers fees or hidden fees". The only other thing is that they will call to make sure that everything is good and then try to pressure you into buying the warranty and when you dont they seem to get a bit less interested in you.

Mathew and Erik killed the experience for me. The truck ran well and the service was great. Having the shop there to service the truck prior to the purchase was an enormous relief. They went above and beyond to inspect every component and provide a sense comfort through the entire process. 5 stars

My experience was fantastic. Far more than my expectations. All the people I interacted with were very professional and knowledgeable. I picked up the vehicle yesterday and the drive home was smooth. The purchasing process was also very easy and I love the fact that Penske was upfront with conditions and status of the vehicles. Above all, Jesenia Guzman was the coordinator that handled my account. She was very prompt, knowledgeable and professional. She answered all my questions and was very quick to respond. She made my experience very beautiful. I definitely will be coming back soon for another Truck.
