I used the products for three months and saw no improvement at all. Then I found out that I had been charged for three months of additional supplies without my consent. I was very disappointed with both the products and the unexpected charges. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone.
Shipping and delivery of my order was so quick. But haven't seen any result yet for my hair after using the product. I'll give it another 3 months if nothing happen then I'll come back to you guys.

I purchased the product three months ago because I have alopecia on crown. So far, I have to say that I have noticed a little improve in that area of my hair in comparison with other treatments I used before (I have been consuming minoxidil and dutasteride for more than 2 years). Unfortunately it didn’t work out for me. I can’t comment on the results because the product itself was faulty - the liquid was not being released, it was needling my scalp and I had to apply it manually. Customer service was great, Jessica sent me a replacement and when it turned out that it still wasn’t working she issued a refund. Overall, excellent customer service but the product wasn’t for me.
