My experience has been positive from the business perspective. They are responsive, motivating with emails periodically as you are going through treatments. I find their pricing to be good when reviewing other options. I do however, feel unsure about progress in my own treatments. Ive been using for 3 months and did notice less shedding and am using their shampoo/conditioner and my hair feels stronger. However, im not sure about new growth or hair filling in or getting thicker. I did purchase another round as most success stories ive read stated they used for 6 months. So, I'll try it for a few more months and we'll see.

You can also slightly loosen the lid to improve airflow without causing leakage.
