We have ordered from them for a long time. Our dog food arrived totally busted inside and out, sent photos they responded immediately and replaced. Most important was response … second was replaced.

Love the process but am annoyed by the multi step log in. You have to wait for a code to email to log in. A bit much for this site. Otherwise process is always smooth with ordering etc.

Still have not received dogfood. My driveway is plowed. I have driven in and out twice in a small sedan. H

This order was impacted by weather related delays with FedEx, which were outside of our control. We do see that the shipment has since been delivered, and we hope everything arrived safely.
