This is a game changer! If you’ve been thinking about getting one, do it now! I highly recommend this product. Yes it’s expensive, but it’ll pay for itself in two or three months due to the amount of kitty litter you’re saving!

I Love my litter robot, it was honestly one of the best purchases I have made as a cat mom. I rarely have time to scoop their litter box but can’t stand the thought of going a day without scooping it for them. The petkit litter box 2 fixed that problem for me so seamlessly.

Totally satisfied with the pet kit water fountain and the pet kit litter box
The automatic water fountain is working great for my cat has been drinking a lot more water. I would recommend it to anybody just make sure you set up a cleaning schedule every week

Three Devices, There Disappointments, and a Paywall
Three Devices, Three Disappointments—and a Paywall for Each One I ordered three PETKIT devices: the water fountain, the self-cleaning litter box, and the dual feeder with the pedestal. After using them for two weeks, I am extremely disappointed with the quality, performance, and ongoing costs. The self-cleaning litter box is poorly designed and allows urine to end up outside the box. The deodorizer feels more like a gimmick than a useful feature. With three cats, the waste tray lasts two days at best, and the replacement supplies are not inexpensive. A premium-priced litter box should not require this much maintenance or create additional cleanup. The water fountain constantly overfills and repeatedly reports water-flow errors. My cats love cold water with floating ice, but the design does not allow ice to float properly in the drinking tray. Instead of providing reliable fresh water, I am constantly checking the fountain and troubleshooting notifications. The dual feeder also has a major dispensing problem. Food piles up directly beneath the opening, preventing the full two or three servings from being released. I repeatedly have to clear and redistribute the food manually. That defeats the purpose of purchasing an automatic feeder—especially when you need to trust that your pets are receiving the amount programmed while you are away. The biggest surprise was Care+. It is not one account-level subscription that covers your pets or all the devices connected to your account. PETKIT places the camera features behind a monthly or annual paywall—and charges separately for each unit. After already paying premium prices for multiple devices, being expected to purchase an additional subscription for every camera-equipped product feels excessive and unnecessarily greedy. These products look modern and impressive, but the actual performance does not justify the cost. Between the design flaws, constant troubleshooting, expensive replacement supplies, and per-device subscription fees, this has been a very disappointing ecosystem. At this point, I regret purchasing all three devices.

Wrong pad sent 4 separate times!
No exaduration, I've placed 4 separate orders $42. Each time attempting to order the Petkit pro max 2, cat litter pad P/N: P99044. And every single time I receive the WRONG PAD!!! I keep receiving the max 3.0 pad and not the Max pro 2 pad. I return it then reorder and again the wrong pad. 4 times now! Ive spend over $600. On this litter box and Petkit is completely ignoring the fact that im not able to get the required service items to continue to use this very expensive cat litter box! Im so angry with this company! Ive sent emails and called the customer phone number and the person told me that I have to email costumer support. I did and no response! Completely B.S!!! Send me the cat litter pro max 2 pad please!!!!!!!!!!

Try placing the fountain next to your cat's current water bowl for a few days to help with the transition. You can also experiment with the three water flow modes—Sensor Mode, Continuous Flow, and Intermittent Flow. Different cats respond differently, and changing the flow mode can increase interaction with the fountain and help attract your cat's attention. Worth the money
This fountain was an instant hit with my two cats -- one who always wants fresh water in a bowl and taps the bowl to make the water move...and the other who is a little scared of noisy stuff doesn't mind the continuous flow or the intermittent. Now to wean them off of the other fountains.

EverSweet Ultra with Camera Pet Water Fountain
I ordered the EverSweet Ultra with Camera Pet Water Fountain in June 2026 and reached out to customer service approximately 2 weeks after as I hadn't received any type of update. The representative (Yael) who responded was so pleasant and gave me a very detailed explanation for the delay and assured me that my order would be fulfilled soon. I received the shipment shortly after that and am very happy with the product so far. I was very appreciative of the quick response and the clarification.
