I’m so glad I made this purchase

I’m so glad I made this purchase. I have been using my PHYMAT daily since I got it. I use it before bed as it helps me relax and get a good sleep. I am dealing with Lyme disease and I purchased the mat to help with inflammation and mitochondrial health.

Mat is great but one cotton cover was…

Mat is great but one cotton cover was bad, and I just got a $20 bill from usps for customs when I already pd you shipping fees!!!

Thank you for your feedback and for your recognition of the PHYMAT mat. Regarding the two concerns you mentioned, we’ve looked into them. The extra cotton cover you ordered seems to have a smoke smell, which may have happened during transit — we sincerely apologize for this and have already issued a full refund for the cover. As for the customs fee, since your shipping address is on an island, our US warehouse couldn't deliver directly, so we arranged international shipping. The shipping fee paid on our website covers only shipping, not customs charges, which are handled by local authorities. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

I love my crystal mat

I love my crystal mat! I use it for my Reiki clients and it definitely raises the energy and the overall results of the session.
