I've had questions several times. When you call the customer service they are short and not very receptive. One other item, I recently was able to price check their bee sales and found they are more expensive than most competitors that offer late bee orders.

We pride ourselves on our customer service and are deeply upset by your experience. Do you have any idea with whom you spoke? If so, that would help us work with this representative to improve their service. As for the cost of bees, we are offering 2018 bees for the same price we used in 2017. So we did not raise our prices this year. We do hope that you will give us another chance to answer your questions.
