I've been this pilow for years, it helped me a lot with my neck disc , this should be prescribed by doctors and chiropractors.
To make it simple I can't sleep without it.
Honestly, I feel like this was a huge waste of money. It's a foam rectangle with a square cut out where your head lies. its not comfortable and doesnt breathe well.

I have been a Pillo1 user for many years. Just purchased my 3rd Pillo1. I have degenerative issues in my neck and the Pillo1 is therapeutic helping my neck relax, align and feel better in the morning. I also am a hot sleeper. The talalay latex does not absorb heat. It remains neutral which helps provide a cool comfortable sleep. My wife does not have neck issues. She finally tried a Pillo1 and after a few nights to adjust, she really likes it. I bought the original memory foam pillows for years. Then they quit making it for a few years. I received an email saying that they decided to make them again so I placed a replacement order for a new original memory foam pillow. Unfortunately, the new memory foam material is way softer than my old pillows, and there was little support. Sadly I had to return them as they no longer work for me. Not sure I want to chance trying the latex version, but at least I was able to get my refund.

Sorry that you were disappointed Becca. We are using the exact same memory foam in the gel infused memory foam version as we have in the last 15 years. Also, we only stopped manufacturing for 9 months due to transition from showrooms for one city to another. The original Pillo1 from Dr. Hall is amazing!
It has reduced my tinnitus and my neck pain, my sleep has improved as I no longer toss and turn to get comfortable because it, brilliantly I might add, offers both side and back sleeping and it is OEKO-TEX certified which is important to me too.
Additionally, Dr. Hall's customer service is outstanding. He was very hands on in helping me select the proper version and size.

The pillow didn't work for me since I sleep on my back with my bed raised, due to GIRD. I called and they immediately agreed to my return. I had to pay the shipping back but that was ok. Fast support
I LOVE my PILLO1! I ordered a PILLO1 15+ years ago and liked it so much I ordered PILLO1s for my parents. This is my fourth PILLO1 order. When the most recent order was delayed due to the LA fires, Kaylin filed a missing mail search and immediately sent another pillow. That is true customer service! I look forward to a travel size PILLOW1.

Hated to spend $200 bucks, but i figured I’d give it a try, considering all the hype!
Wasn’t really impressed upon taking it out of the package…BUT when I woke in the morning in the exact position I’d fallen asleep…(and it was a truly peaceful nights sleep)…let’s just say I’m 100% a believer in this pillow! And YES, I’ve told all my friends they’ve got to get this amazing item! Never have I slept better or felt more refreshed in the AM than with this pillow!

This is the most comfortable pillow I've ever had. I loved the memory foam version, but the latex is Even Better - Softer, and more cushiony. It really helped alleviate stiff neck pain! The fact that it comes in a small was really important to me as a 5'2" woman.
This company is amazing! I’ve personally spoken to Dr. Hall, the creator of Pillo1 and we have communicated by text. They go above and beyond with their customer service. The pillow has transformed my well being. My neck no longer hurts after sleeping. I just ordered a second one for myself and one each for my husband and daughter.
It was very difficult to place an order on the website. I tried for over two weeks. Alternatively, when I called the phone number (twice) which was listed on the website I got an answering machine with a promise that someone would call me back. I never got a return call.
Also, today when I tried to place an order for the original pillow and a King size pillow case, I couldn't load both of them into my cart. So I had to buy the pillow by itself without the pillow case. It was a very frustrating experience! I really worried that the company may be out of business.
I’m pleased with the quality sleep and relief I get from using the original pillo1 in latex. The best pillow hands down for my neck comfort. I pray they never discontinue my pillow.

I am really enjoying this pillow. I have struggled with pillows over the last few years and was looking for the perfect therapeutic pillow that was super comfortable and this one has exceeded my expectations.
