First Time Buyer
Done some research before making my purchase PlashLights LED Flexiable strips for my Ranger RT188c . the customer service a 5 star. They actually answer there emails and reply the next day. even talked to a represenitive from plashLight on the phone. Good people to deal with so far. Instruction on line for installation good diagrams and illustrations. videos that i have seen of these lights on line or you tube do no justice until you see them in person. WOW they are bright hands down. They are a little higher than others that I've seen or tried but their is no comparing. You only pay for what you get. pay the extra and get the plash lights if your in the market and needing the flexible LED lights. you won't be disapointed
Bright lights & great customer service!
The lights are super bright and were simple for my electrician to install. They shipped them out the same day! Great customer service, they answered all of my silly questions & didn’t seem annoyed at all. I would use these for other things besides just our pontoon boat. I’m thinking our golf cart & the boys’ kayaks! Thanks Plashlights!
I did not receive the lights
I did not receive the lights. The d Eli very status shows delivered via USPS. My mail is delivered to a cluster of boxes in the neighborhood. I have not received the items. I have outside security cameras and it was not delivered to my house on 26 May either. I am not sure what happened. Can you put a trace on the package from your end to get confirmation from USPS where it ended up? Thank you

So you left us a 1 star review because USPS (the shipping provider that you chose) delivered the package and you can't find it? It would be in a larger box so maybe they put it elsewhere? Your review really motivates me to want to help you.

You never returned the call. then all other times I called for Tec support no one picked up and the hold time was beyond what anyone would expect to hold for so had to guess that know one was going to pick up.

Thanks for the review Gary. Really, I mean that. All feedback is well receipted. Even the bad. I had to do some research on this as to how this happened. Sorry for the week long delay. You brought to my attention that if both techs (we only have 2 as we are a small business with only 10 employees total) are out sick, away from the phone, or whatever then there is no one else to take the call or check the voicemail. To fix this I have added the tech line to ring at my desk consecutively with their desk and also to be copied on the voicemails email receipt. I know that when you are in need of technical support and you're usually (if you are like me) at your breaking point by this time, that you need someone there to answer the phone... Therefore I have also added call forwarding. If the tech line rings for more that 25 seconds then that call will be automatically sent to my cell phone. I know this may not make you feel better, but this will alleviate anyone else having to experience what you did. Thanks again for taking the time to write this review. - Stephen Plash

What i've purchased so far is working and the material selections are spot on. The lights are brighter, there is stainless where there should be. So far so good. I'll just have to see how it all holds up.

Experience was great, only complaint was there was a part on backorder but nothing told you it would be delayed, however when I called they were totally transparent and very accurate with the info and part came when they said. Very nice products and great customer service. Thank you
