Great service from the day we ordered…
Great service from the day we ordered our POD until the day it was delivered over the course of nearly a year. I had lots of questions had an individualized experience getting them answered by a REAL person that worked at the facility where our POD was stored. Thanks Andrew! You are the best! I would definitely use PODS again. I hope the service is the same in any state they do business. PODS in WI was fantastic!

My POD was delivered on every date that…
My POD was delivered on every date that they said it would be! I was even able to get it delivered a little early on the original delivery date! They were easy to deal with

I was double charged for the pick up of…
I was double charged for the pick up of the POD, and it’s impossible to get ahold of anyone to address the issue. The app is useless, and you can’t get anyone on the phone. I suspect this is the way they make money. I’d never recommend PODs.

Communication is somewhat lacking
For the most part, using pods was super convenient and fairly inexpensive. However, when trying to communicate with the company via telephone, I found it very difficult to connect with representatives that understood my account details. Additionally it was very difficult to communicate with representatives via telephone.

Good way to move!
For the most part PODs was great for us. We had to store our stuff for month or so while in between houses. The only issue we had was the last POD was late to be picked up and the new owners were moving in the day they came to get it.

I was told one month would be free yet…
I was told one month would be free yet I was charged. I inquired and was told they would investigate and get back to me within 3-5 business days and it’s been almost 3 weeks with no response after a couple of follow ups.

PODS was such a great choice for my…
PODS was such a great choice for my move! I was able to get all of my heavy furniture put into my PODS unit and have it sent to storage until I was able to move into my new home. All the drivers were kind and respectful of my property. I would recommend using PODS for a move--especially if you cannot immediately move into your new home.

The delivery drivers were great
The delivery drivers were great. But the customer service is AWFUL! The scheduling is not flexible AT ALL, so make sure you are sure of the delivery date.

I needed a reliable and close by means…
I needed a reliable and close by means of storing my belongings while I prepared for a move. Using PODS Moving &Storage was the perfect solution! From speaking with a Rep on the phone to discuss options to booking and delivery /pick up of the container, the whole process was fantastic! The POD was conveniently parked in my driveway at both homes - easy to load and unload. My only issue was lining up dates for pick up of the empty container - I had selected a 30 day window and due to availability for pick up, I was short a few days - all in all, it was great! Would definitely use again and will recommend to anyone needing storage & moving options.
