I ordered a variety of flavors so we could try them out. I think our favorite was the basic kettle corn. The other flavors tasted sort of fake and were a little too much. Other wise I had a great experience and like I said the kettle corn flavor is great!

I experienced a small problem with my order and Popcornopolis suggested a fix and immediately implemented it. I couldn’t be happier with their Customer Service…..and their popcorn is fantastic!
This was a gift to my veterinarians office. I got it for them from sams club. But they have not had it again so I checked your website and got it for them.

We love Popcornopolis! It is the favorite gift of my nieces and nephews and I send them a large box every year for Christmas. This year my niece received a damaged box with the Popcorn stolen and when I called Popcornopolis, they responded to me in less than one day and fixed the problem. This company is amazing!
What a waste of money!! Stale, no cheddar like you used to have. The Unicorn popcorn was crusty & smashed up, so I'll definitely never purchase from your company again!!!

My package Arrived Faster than expected. The popcorn was very crispy and fresh. The flavors are amazing. Will definitely purchase again for myself and also great for gifts.
I placed an order and there was a glitch so it charged me twice. I called the next day and left detailed message with customer service.
I never heard back. I never record a credit or refund.
I will never use this company again. I thought it was very wrong that they couldn’t cAll me back and try to solve the problem.
Greedy!!!!

Great product, disappointing customer service. I ordered 2 tins on Black Friday. I received these tins on 12/9/21. The package was damaged and one of the tins inside was broken/split open. I called customer service that day and was told a replacement would be sent & I would receive an email within a few days. After not receiving an email, I called them again 1 week later on 12/16/21. I was told they were busy (understandable) but my information would be forwarded to the correct team and I'd receive an email or call within a few days. On 12/23/21, a week later, I still didn't receive any email or call. So I decided to send an email to them instead, since calling clearly isn't working. That email was sent on 12/23/21 and I've yet to hear back. It's been over 3 weeks since I received a partial damaged order & I've yet to get a replacement or substitute or even hear back from customer service. First time ordering here and pretty disappointed.

The order to the door came almost immediately, but the regular mail order came very snail mail. Bottom line-- the popcorn was delicious for both of my family members in 2 different states. =) I highly recommend Popcornopolis again and again. Both family members said it was packaged as described and super delicious!
They sent the wrong product and it is impossible to get to an actual customer service representative to get it resolved. They were emailed and now called twice with no resolution.
