This company advertises as if it is an American company. Their policy has a 30 day return policy. Great, right? Well guess what? When you let them no that you are not happy with the purchase (front straps are not long enough and it bunches up the front of the purse). In addition, when you attempt to add the body cross strap to the purse, you spend five minutes trying to fight with the purse and straps to get the straps to attach!! Furthermore, they gaslight you and tell you that the purse is just”made that way”. Emails back and forth for 1.5 weeks trying to convince you why you should like the purse. Anyway, and this is the big part. This company is located in China!!! They WILL NOT pay the return shipping for the purse (around $70!!) and will only send a partial return (I had to pay $35 for the company to SEW the purse together.) They will not return the Sewing fee! I just was not happy with the purse and I spent $188 for the purse and to have them sew the purse together (they do offer an option for YOU to sew it together and you will not be charged the $35) I feel This company misrepresents themselves. They say “ Thirty (30) return policy but neglect to tell you that you will have to pay $60-$70 to RETURN the purse to them!!! So, YOU DECIDE. Would you want to go through all of this.

I ordered the ‘Leather Teddy Bear Charm’ on Jan 31 from Australia and it arrived on March 7. I got it with the handsewn service and it came so well made and cute! I’m obsessed! I’d say the quality is a 10/10. They even gave me a free little rainbow charm. The team are very nice and caring :) Overall, I’m very satisfied with the end product and grateful for their kindness.

I really love the quality and the process of hand stitching my own bags. The kits are wonderful. The tutorials are also great but I suggest watching the videos a few times before starting. The results will amaze you and you will want to get another one. Quality is great. 100% recommend.

I’m a very apprehensive buyer online. I’ve been screwed over countless times with online shopping. Receiving deceiving or low quality items and then dealing with an incompetent customer service system. I did what research I could about popsewing and decided to take the risk for a DIY bag kit for a bag that I HAD to have and couldn’t find anywhere else. I am so incredibly happy I did! The DIY kit came with everything you needed (except a lighter and glue which couldn’t be shipped internationally) plus a video tutorial that was easy to follow even for my first time. I was actually pleasantly surprised at the quality of the leather and the pieces I was sent and now that this bag is finished it is absolutely my favorite! I get compliments on it constantly and it makes it even more special because I had a hand in putting it together! Customer service was also so helpful and responsive when I lost my tracking number and panicked a little bit. I will definitely be purchasing another DIY kit soon
The bag charms are a great quality, and being able to have them made for you is a great option. I would love to see the option to have the option to choose a hanging bag charm without the key chain.

I have placed one order with Popsewing and plan to place another soon. I ordered an advanced kit that was made to order with a custom color. Customer Service reached out to me about my request and was very responsive, sending photos of leather swatches and answering questions quickly. They are very upfront about shipping and production times, but it does take a couple of weeks as they are ship from China. For those in the US, tariffs were included in the price and I wasn't charged any additional fees when my package was delivered.
This is the 3rd bag kit that I have completed and while not difficult, it was the hardest bag to make. My fingers needed long breaks and maybe I made the project harder for myself by using a heavier fabric instead of a light one like a dustbag. Overall I love the result!
