My salesman suggested my walk in shower…
My salesman suggested my walk in shower be enlarged by a few inches, he said it would intale moving the drain and faucet which would be more costly. When the contractor came and installed the new shower he did not enlarged it as the agreement and prints that I received. (The shower door and 2 corner shelves would be installed in a couple of weeks) The contractor called the boss Eddie that day and Eddie said he wanted the rest of the money less a thousand dollars. The total cost of the shower was $18000 dollars which out thought was to much money to begin with for a shower that was less than 3ft by 4ft in size, but I had agreed to because of the drain and faucet needing to be moved which involves cutting up the floor. I told Eddie that the shower was not enlarged it was still the size of the old shower. Eddie didn't care he just wanted the money. A month went by and I called asking when my shower door and shelves would be he installed, he said I will send someone tomorrow, I said are they installing the shelves also and the said yes. A month and a half has passed and I have contacted Them multiple times and the say they are come on a day they give me and never show up. I wait all day and they never show. My shelves are still not installed. I never received any reimbursement for the work that was never done. (It should have been several thousand dollars) Still not shelves installed. This a terrible company. If you use this company (which I don't recommend) give them very little money until the work is complete. They are crooked.
Bathroom Remodel
Troy was great and went above and beyond. We had some plumbing issues that took up the majority of his day but he made it work. He originally said we would have to have a flooring company come out and finish due to the need for additional time but he came very early the next morning and completed the flooring. Highly recommend Troy and Premier Home Pros.
The installer was efficient
The installer was efficient, professional, friendly, eye for detail, worked all day with only a lunch break. My floors were beautiful. He did a awesome job!

We were offered an exception deal on a very high quality shower upgrade that matched our needs. The install techs (Jason, Jeff) were thorough and careful, fixing existing plumbing and framing problems before the shower was installed. Wife and I were extremely pleased with the end result. Turn around time matched expectations.

Problems with the installation and have yet to fix their mistakes
The materials used by this company were high quality. The installation started off well. There was something wrong with how the shower worked after the installation, as well as a lot of damage to my wall, baseboards and quarter round. Then I noticed metal sticking out of my wall and that the drain was far too small for the opening. The company has had pictures of all of this since a few days after the installation the third week of May 2026. Someone finally came out in July -after so many calls and texts - and confirmed the problems. I was given a date someone would fix the problem, then learned no supplies had been ordered. I was given a second date for 8-8-26, which was confirmed twice, and no one showed up. I definitely regret using this company. It's a shame to have such a nice product coupled with such poor customer service.

5 Long days vs 2 days
First of all let me start by saying I do NOT have a problem with the installation team. Dave and his helper did a great job. The problem I have is this. I was told by Jason that this job would be 1 day 2 at the max. When I asked him how could that be seeing that we needed sub floor repair in 3 rooms he told me that they would send enough people to get it done in 1 day 2 max. In fact that is what sold us on using you. We had a contract with another company but 2 days is a lot better. Well we see how that turned out. 5 days. This did not just inconvenienced me I lost money. If I don't work i don't get paid so this crap cost me about $600.00 not to mention that I told my boss I would need 2 days off which put him in a bad spot and my job in jeopardy. I was told by Jason that they would NOT be going over the tile that was in my living room. I was told they would remove the tile and then fix the subfloor and level. Well that's NOT what happened. Dave (the installer) assures me that going over the ceramic tile is ok so I'm going to believe him. However, i don't like being lied to. I really kinda feel cheated. I have the feeling that I was told what ever Jason felt he needed to be say to get my business. Not what the reality of the situation was. I was put in a bad situation with my boss. I was but in a stressful situation at home that has made me ill. Had Jason told me 5 days I may not have gone with you. I may have kept the other company but I would have been able to make an informed decision. At 5 days I would have made arrangements for someone to be here some of the time so I wouldn't have missed 5 days of work. I would have put my furniture in storage so I wouldn't have felt claustrophobic in my kitchen. I would have brought my animals to my daughters house so they wouldn't have had to been locked in a room for 5 LONG days. Again, I have no problem with the work Dave did. I feel bad for him because he wasn't told about the subfloor. So he accepted an installation job and ended up with a lot more. We even lost a half day because he didn't have materials for the sub floor. Would I recommend your company to people? Probably not. I really don't like being lied to and I feel like I was.

Outstanding Bathtub to Shower Conversion!
We had Premier do a tub to shower conversion in our main bathroom. The installers name was Trent. The manufactured stone finished product turned out better than expected. Trent's attention to detail and workmanship were impeccable. We admire the way Premier manages expectations and told us upfront that the work would take 2 to 3 days. Trent worked meticulously for three days to complete the work. We would definitely recommend Premier and Trent to anybody looking to do a professional bathroom remodel.

The installers were awesome!
The installers were kind, courteous, and respectful of me, my home and my property. They also were knowledgeable and answered my questions kindly. They were on time both days and handled any issues that arrived quickly. I could not be more pleased with the team working to install my walk-in tub. Brian and his team are great!

My things were handled with care, debris cleaned as they went, and everything placed back once floors were done. The floors looked amazing and better than expected!
