One of the first companies we talked to in our shower remodeling research process. To say the least, this one was a pretty horrible experience (i.e. borderline unprofessional) that definitely didn't earn our trust. The sales person (Bryan) tried a high pressure sales tactic that didn't work and that came off as disrespectful, ignorant, unprofessional, and definitely not customer-centric. He did acknowledge that perhaps he just had a bad day or something, but by this point it wasn't clear if it was sarcasm or accountability. Overall, horrible and we'll not be considering this company for our current or future needs.

Well they left 2 hours later I go in to use my bathroom and I was assuming that the water was shut off to the shower but I'm sitting there using the bathroom and I hear water dripping from my drain over from my shower head I call I leave a message haven't heard back from got a $16,000 walk-in shower and now my shower head is dripping I don't have much confidence in your company right now I'm thinking I might have made a mistake

Damage to wall. Poor response to problems that arise. Long wait time for reform phone calls. Poor repairs, water leaks. No response to text.

The customer rep Chris was prepared and thorough and had a good demeanor. However, the end to end meeting took almost four (4) hours. Try to condense the pitch and execution to 2+ hours

The day they were supposed to arrive to start the project they were two hours late. They worked for four hours and then left. They left the drop cloths running up and down the stairs into the front door to the bathroom full of debris and a 300 pound bathtub in my driveway. When the plumbing was being done the water all drained down into the bathroom below flooding it. I had to clean up that mess along with all the other mess today he cut the panel short at the front of the shower and attempted to caulk a three-quarter of an inch gap with silicone it looks terrible. He did something wrong with the valve and had to cut the drywall behind it to fix the valve again, dropping a bunch of water into the bathroom below. The entire caulk job looks like a five year-old did it it’s terrible. The trim at the entry door jam was removed and replaced terribly through the nail sticking out, wasn’t tight and looked terrible. You sent me an overweight man and a little boy to do this job. These are not pros! After I pointed all this out to him. He admitted he screwed up and said he could fix it. I don’t think it’s fixable for the amount of money that I’m paying for this job. This is ridiculous!

The guys were great here on time, did an awesome professional job they told me what they were doing asked if I had any questions went through the punch list. Placed the furniture back, I love my new floors.

Trent, the installer was awesome. He talked with me beforehand to ensure we were on the same page as to what he was going to do and what I expected. He did an outstanding job laying the strip between the bathroom floor and the thick rug on the opposite side, totally flush. When he was done, he cleaned up to where you'd never know he was there!
