I got multiple quotes before I chose Premier Home Pros. They had the best quality looking product and was also the lowest price of the quotes I got. The salesman and the installers were all polite and very informative.

The two gentlemen that visited my home…
The two gentlemen that visited my home were very knowledgeable , personable, and very easy going. I kept pushing back on not starting the project now because of my financial status. The manager gave me an impressive deal that l am sure l will not find any where else ! It’s too bad that my credit worthiness is in need of wound care, l had to take some major financial hits recently. I hope and pray l will have the opportunity in the future to get my floors done with Premier Home someday.

I had a bathroom shower and toilet replaced. The job was efficiently performed by two very competent and capable men. They kept me informed of what they where doing and showed me things that needed repair. I am very pleased and would recommend Premier Homes Pros for my next project 😀.

The installers (Osvaldo and his brother) were punctual, diligent and determined to do the best job so that I would be completely satisfied. They took extra time to attach the quarter round trim in areas with uneven walls. They left my place spotless and even helped me put my furniture back in place.

I reached out to the corporate office…
I reached out to the corporate office twice through phone messages and once by email which all went unanswered to my concerns about my install and the problems I had with the Bridgeville office. But I posted a unsatisfactory review on trustpilot and right away they hit that respond button that says in a we are so sorry that you are having this issue but reach out to us at such and such a number and we will be sure to try to look into your concerns which I did. They took all my information and told me somebody would be in contact with me within a couple days and today it's been at least a week and I haven't heard a thing. Would not recommend this company strictly on their customer service if nothing else which all Lacks professionalism. This is an addition to This post as of 6:05/ on 07/28/2026. Went to take a shower and the diverted valve is malfunctioning as it will not put water to the shower. Called Bridgeville 3 times, no answer or ability to leave a message. Called corporate and had to leave a message. Now I wait.
