Joshua McCoy did a spectacular job installing the bathtub , tiling , and shower walls . His superior work habits and work ethics helped to restore my thoughts regarding Premiere. Home Pros . Were it not for his superior abilities , his positive attitude, and excellent work ethics this review would read quite differently. He had to go to the warehouse on Saturday to retrieve an item that was not included in the initial inventory of items. His positive attitude and excellent work ethics are a major welcome to my opinion of Premiere following some very challenging interactions with a member of the Premiere community . At the time of this writing my home project remains unfinished . Premiere has provided no direct explanation , accountability , or communication to me .

William was great
William was great. Upon the first day of the job, we ran into some unforseen issues. Nothing to do with the sales man, nothing to do with the installer, but unforseen issues with my house that caused issues with the install. Although you can tell it was very frustrating, William was very professional about everything. Very pleases with his work, and willingness to shift/pivot last minute when changes needed to be made due to the unforseen issues that came up. Thank you William!

Installers were outstanding, customer service not at all
Installers were on time, worked without rushing, ensuring any questions were answered. Less than 24 hours after install water is leaking from the shower head. Also when installed the trim around shower arm was not chromed. (Told they would get one and replace) section along outer left wall missing caulk. Not caulked at walls and ceiling at all. On Friday called customer service, and salesman Mike. Mike called and said someone would call me to set up repair within 36 hours. It is now Tuesday, no call from anyone.

Our Premier Pro installers worked as a team
Our Premier Pro installers worked as a team and finished our project in only two days. The acrylic shower panels real and feel very sturdy. We are very pleased with the look of our bathtub to shower conversion

The finished product is nice
The finished product is nice; the installer—Kurt did a great job—very thorough, professional, kind, and caring. It took three days to complete, partly due to the company sending some of the wrong pieces for the installer, so he had to return a third day. Improvements — a bigger lip at the base, so water doesn’t get trickle out when showering, a better shower head—the water pressure compared to my old shower head is not great. Dominic, the salesman, was awful—rude, condescending, and a know-it-all, not professional at all. Overall, I am happy with the change. Just make sure you pay attention to what you are getting. All involved were professional and courteous, except the salesman, Dominic.

Ease Of Install Process
Marcel was on time and installed the shower alone. He and I discussed the placement of the niche and grab bar. He was polite, respectful of my home, professional, and did a great job. I highly recommend Premier and request Marcel for installation.

The salesman didn't care at all about…
The salesman didn't care at all about taking care of my parents, just get in, take the money and not look back. Skip this company for peace of mind! After reaching out to the corporate, nothing happened! we are now taking action against them in court!

Actually finish the job
Actually finish the job. The showerhead didn’t work after installation, he was supposed to come back to finish it but it has been over a week. I have tried to call customer service and gotten no response.

Terrible service
The 3 day advertisement is falsely advertised.Our doors have not been installed and it's been since March 30th , and now is July 20th

The wrong panels were installed so we…
The wrong panels were installed so we had to while it was ordered. A different person came for the new install. Some of his skills need monitoring and development. He was a very hard worker and came on his day off. We paid A LOT of money and overall I’m not entirely happy.
