An exceptional experience!
Dealing with Premier actually resulted in a pleasant experience. WOW! The process began with a non pressure interview, options shown and explained with questions answered. The installers arrived on the agreed date and went over all particulars of the project to ensure we were on the same page. Items that were not specifically identified such as grab bar placements were discussed in detail prior to install for exact desired height, angle, and location. Questions on process or particulars of the install were explained politely,fully, and not treated as interruptions. Our two installers worked professionally and seamlessly. At the finish of what was a coordinated project fully including us, the entire system was explained. Operation and particulars of all devices were demonstrated with any questions answered. We have been completely satisfied with the experience and would recommend Premier to anyone desiring a quality reasonably priced installation.

Honest pleasant did a awesome job.
Wonderful crew very nice they did a great job if I could I would give them a 10 out of 10. Can't wait to shower tomorrow. I would recommend them and my sales man without hesitation.

Installer was nice and seemed to know…
Installer was nice and seemed to know what needed to get done. But the company who supplied the parts had a lot of issues and scheduling so that made my experience unsatisfactory. The company needs to get people that know what needed to get done in a timely manner and back up the product they sell. Not to send different people to satisfy the customer on problems with the product they sell. So with my experience I would not tell anyone to go with this company it’s nothing but problems and the price you pay is not worth it.

Walk in tub shower combo

Five star service!
The pros showed up on time and worked hard all day to complete the installment and put the furniture back in place! This was a five star experience from beginning to end. The flooring looks beautiful and we couldn’t be happier.

12/19/2024 Horrible
Horrible! It’s been a nightmare still waiting on a resolution to my shower that has been leaking and the door keeps falling off on top of the fact that there is also mold growing on the bottom where the product is sealed!! Been waiting almost two years for them to resolve the iissues!

Very informative and friendly estimate
My meeting to receive an estimate was very informative. Fred wanted what I thought was MY best fit. No high pressure. He did a comparison on the materials with me and then worked with me to keep the cost down. He explained open ended and closed contracts with me.

Our installers were very knowledgeable and professional. Jesus and Bryan did a wonderful job. They are very hard workers. Our 101 year old house did not make anything easy on them. They need a raise after the last two days!

Bad Flooring, No response from numerous outreaches, too expensive
I am not satisfied with the flooring I paid 13K installed in my kitchen, living room and entrance way. I specifically said I wanted a plank looking floor. I requested a cherry look but they did not offer it. what I picked out did not look like pieces of flooring of all different lenghts, colors, sizes, etc. but thats what I got. Its awful. I have contacted the sales person, his boss and the company executives Venditti, Jackson, Wadian and Venditti but have not had a response from any of them. Very poor customer experience.

Two New Showers in One Day
I had two showers renovated in my Pittsburgh condo. I was most impressed by Jimmy Jenkins, premier Home Pros' sales representative who arrived promptly and gave a thorough presentation. During the installation approximately 2 weeks later, Jimmy texted me constantly to insure that I was satisfied with the progress. Donnie and his two other installers were knowledgeable and professional. They kept me abreast of their progress. Both shower units were completed in one day as the crew stayed until 7 pm to complete it. I had to leave by 6 pm and when I returned, they had everything cleaned up. Jimmy had me inspect everything when I found an inch space of caulk missing outside one shower. Jimmy had Donnie stop by to complete it that same week. I have gotten many compliments from friends.
