What people say

The best service

This was our first home purchase and Premium Mortgage helped us every step of the way! They made sure we had documentation, payments and information as soon as possible to make everything go smoothly. I had many questions along the way and our representative always made herself available to answer. Excellent service, I would recommend Premium to anyone buying a home in WNY.

Both Chris and Michelle at Premium were tremendous. From their industry and documentation knowledge to their prompt responses to my constant questions, I couldn't have had a better experience. I highly recommend Chris, Michelle and Premium Mortgage. Thank you both!

I truly appreciate how well Jeanie Nasello and Courtney Mattice take care of my buyer's throughout the mortgage process too make their home buying experience as stress-free and happy as possible! A huge thank you from your biggest fan- Lori McAlees @ McAlees Realty

The Art of Professionalism and Timing

The professionalism and knowledge that has given to my clients is something you don't see everyday. Matt Secor and his team show that the process of buying a home can be a smooth process. In addition, Matt's availability when clients need him is second to none. To me it is very simply as an agent when I have a buyer that is ready to start the process of Purchasing their new Home timing is everything. They need to talk to someone as soon as they make the decision to purchase to put them at ease about the financing and their Options with so many programs out there. Matt's Team has proven that numerous times.

More needs to be done

Always delayed on closing. Not conducting good checks on student loans- need better vetting of buyers.

Jason, thank you for taking the time to write a review. According to our records, the file you were associated with closed late due to attorney delays. Everything on our end was done on time. It also did not involve student loans. Both the buyer's agent and buyer were very pleased with the service they received from Premium on this file.

I work with many mortgage companies but…

I work with many mortgage companies but Premium Mortgage outshines them all! Every deal I have ever had has had a successful closing. All transactions are drama-free. You have built an excellent team! Jackie Ruotsi is a rockstar!

The entire team was great to work with

The entire team was great to work with! I was contacted within a day after applying and from that point forward I was continually updated throughout the entire process. We had an extremely aggressive closing date, and hit the target with the help of Premium. I highly recommend Premium and would happily use them in the future!

Premium Mortgage Experience Very Positive

When proceeding through the mortgage approval process, I was guided very step of the way from Donna Maxwell, Kim Bell, and the entire team. I was informed of what I needed to do and how to do it. Everyone was helpful and friendly. The application process became stress-free for me due to the support from Premium.

Poor customer service

I was surprised with my final mortgage numbers at closing due to the fact that I was told I did not have to roll my homeowners insurance into the mortgage cost. I was told it could be left out, but ultimately it could not. I provided information requested by Premium Mortgage as quickly as possible, but when I had questions, I was not responded to in a timely manner. I was left guessing at the answers to my questions. I don't feel Premium Mortgage was interested in exemplary customer service, only getting the necessary paperwork to push the mortgage approval through. I would have liked to discuss, in greater detail, my options for putting 20% down and what the advantages of that would have been vs. the 15% down that I decided on.
