Proven is amazing!!! I was breaking out and getting wrinkles.??!! Frustrating.
I am 44 years old and was so irritated with every expensive product that was not working. So I started googling and came across Proven.. I took the quiz and I was brutally honest. Once everything came I noticed a difference right away!!!! Now I am clear and smooth, the night cream is sooooo good :) Proven sends the best samples with every shipment too!! It was a great self-care decision for me and I am so grateful for Proven!!
Ok so I’ve used MK for 99% of my life. I switched over to JLO and have had nothing but breakouts all summer. Not cool at all I’m in my 40’s and have never had an acne problem. After just the 2nd use of proven I noticed a cleaner surface to my skin. It’s definitely way better.
I am a new Proven customer and have enjoyed using this product so far. The products are light, yet moisturizing, and my facial skin feels firm and soft. I will definitely continually use this product.
I appreciate the very well thought out questions and well designed user experience. I will say my skin is brighter and has seen some improvement overall, but I had honestly hoped for more results after 2 months. I do really like the products and simplicity however, so I’m going to give it another round and see what happens…

The Proven products are customized to your skin care needs and is a very simple process. I love that my skin doesn't have a reaction to the products and I can change my formula on my next order if I would like to. I've been using the products for years and get complements on my skin often.

Their customer service rep Neriza is awful. I wrote the company with concern because they use an insane amount of plastic packaging (which as we all know, most of it ends up in landfills and we're in the midst of an ecological disaster).
Now, I've been a loyal subscriber for years and brought people over to Proven. I explained that I want to know their plans for switching to aluminum or glass, if there's a timeline, because if not I'm looking at alternative brands to switch over to. After giving me platitudes, Neriza canceled my account FOR me. Without asking. Without being asked. I've never been dismissed like this before. This is the worst customer service I've ever had. I'm appalled.
