This company gives excellent customer care

I had reached out with a concern i had about the pads i received. This was my 2nd order with Puppy Pads. Emma immediately contacted me and said she would be looking into what happened. She then contacted me and explained how i could help them resolve the issue. Turns out it was my mistake and not the companys. Emma went above and beyond to help me and i greatly appreciate her patience in explaining how ti send pictures that were needed when i thought there was a problem She is a real asset to the company
