Often things ordered from internet sites are complete junk, but I was desperate; tried air diffusers, various sprays, nothing was working and so why not try these. Before my youngest pup (a rescue with a bad experience prior) went in the den, kitchen, hall, living room, bedroom. I put the pad down, she went right to it and has had no accidents off the pad in over 3 weeks. Ordered more to rotate as they are being washed. They really DO work! It's made life and clean up super easy and the pup is just about trained completely.

Due to a computer glitch, I was going to be charged for an order even though I did not complete the process charge process after entering my CC information. As soon as I was notified of the charge via email, I emailed the company to complain. I was angry and sure it was some kind of hustle. I got an immediate response from Emma in Customer Success, who resolved my issue within 30 minutes of my original email. Emma explained what had occurred, made sure there were no charges, and was delightful to work with. So delightful, in fact, I ended up placing my originally intended order for the product. I wish every company I dealt with had an Emma.
Pads don't work
I want to return the pads as they don't work. I bought 3. Two are still in packaging and one has been stepped on by my dogs just to get across the room to my new carpet and new rug to pee. I emailed PuppyPad twice asking for a refund. I got a bit of a runaround. Now when I try to email, the mailbox is full. I want to return them and get my money back but PuppyPad isn't interested in honoring their return policy. I ordered on 7/27 and received an email from them on 8/8 asking how I liked them and to leave a review. That's when the emailing back and forth began. They said they would look into it and I didn't need to do anything else. I waited then tried to email but that's when the mailbox was full. Don't waste your money on these overpriced pee pads.

Great Pads
I purchased the 6 pack of large pads and they have been great, they wash well and the laundry sheets and odor and stain eliminators work great. I have been using for about 5 weeks and have washed a dozens of times. My 2 pups were shredding the disposable pads and eating them, these pads have eliminated that altogether. Definitely recommend.

Some sort of error was made and I found myself "subscribed" to recieve more products which I really didnt want. I reached out to customer service, madder than a wet hen.
