PurBlack is a company I trust wholeheartedly. Customer service is great. I have a store near me that sells only pure food products. They carry this company’s products. I give it my recommendation.

Spent 500$. GOT NOTHING.
EDIT: SOLVED, they replied and fixed everything! Product received. Spent 500$. 10 days ago. Not shipped yet. They don't reply to email. Order PB21666. I emailed you both from your contact form and your email, receiving a ticket confirmation from your automated system. I guess I'll issue a chargeback. SCAMMERS

Thank you for sharing your feedback about your experience. Order PB21666 was delivered to the customer two days after this review was posted. Due to a technical issue, the FedEx tracking information was not immediately received by the customer. Additionally, this was an international order using regular FEDEX delivery but was shipped Express at no extra cost and delivered within two weeks including processing days. While we understand the frustration that can arise from delivery updates or perceived delays, we always encourage customers to reach out to us directly so we can assist promptly and ensure all communications are received. We respond regularly but we understand that our emails may land in your SPAM folder. Check your email inbox, including spam or junk folders, for our responses. We aim to reply as quickly as possible, although responses may be slightly delayed over weekends.

We strive to resolve customer issues as quickly and effectively as possible. In line with this, we reviewed the email carefully to ensure no concerns were overlooked. During our review, we found that we had not received any prior inquiry from the customer regarding the product being counterfeit. Additionally, no order number was provided and we were unable to locate an order linked to the customer’s name. As a result, we are unable to verify whether the review relates to our business.
Serious problem with customer service
Excellent product, however PUREBLACK truly does not care about there customers and if they actually received the product. Had a subscription however I had a death in the family and I was not going to be home for a minimum of 2 weeks I attempted to pause the subscription. After emailing back and forth I was able to accomplish that, I was told the subscription would start back up on the following month which it did I was charged my monthly subscription fee on 5/12. I waited 2 weeks for my order which I never received it’s now 6/3 with no resolution in site. However I have been told several times by a customer service representative named Joshua A. every excuse possible “it’s my fault” “check with my bank” “I don’t have any orders through them” etc etc always pointing the finger at me like it’s my fault when all I wanted was what I paid for. To now be told by Joshua A. that he is canceling my subscription and refunding my money? All I want is what I paid for, I’m not sure what gives him the rite to cancel my subscription however through all this I’m still not mad at him I just want what I paid for almost a month ago. I I use PureBlack Shilajit daily and it’s an amazing product why is there customer support so awful? This all could have been resolved in a 5min reasonable conversation instead I’m writing this review???

This matter was resolved amicably. We initially advised the customer to contact their bank because we were unable to locate an order or subscription under this name, nor was an order number provided. We requested additional details such as different name, address or email to help identify the account, but this was not given to us. To assist further, we conducted a manual review using the transaction details from the bank receipt. Through this process, we were able to identify the subscription, which had been registered under a different name. This is why it could not be located through our standard search process. We had previously asked whether the subscription might be under a different name, email address, or address, as this information would have allowed us to identify the account and resolve the issue much sooner. Despite the additional investigation required, we remained committed to finding a resolution and are pleased that the matter has now been resolved to the satisfaction of all parties involved.

It is easy to understand that I am not just a company but a family in the end, I have never had a good relationship between consumers and producers, the guys of purblack are always available and very kind, in addition to the quality of the products this for me is an essential reason to continue buying from them

My very first dose, I took .5 grams right before my 5 am run for 5km. During my 1st mile, I began to feel sensations of my second wind preparing to come. Great for cardio training
I have an active life with 3x/week cardio training, and I wanted to see if Shilajit was as helpful as advertised. My results with Purblack Live Resin and True Gold were exceptional, with higher stamina during training and faster recovery. I also tried suspending for a few weeks and could see the difference.

The best way to judge a company is by their leadership. Now I cannot make a direct statement on their leadership, however, I can say by their customer service response that they must have great leadership. These products are innovative and…Dramatic Joint relief
These products are innovative and cutting edge natural remedies with pure ingredients. I am currently using Rejoint/Peptides, Remuscle peptides. After trying just about everything for my joints, their Rejoint Peptide offered me relief from the daily ache and joint stiffness. I can totally feel the difference.
