Excellent Customer Service
Customer service was available within minutes to assist me with setting up a dedicated game server. The price is awesome for this service, which allows a dedicated IP with port forwarding to overcome StarLink's limitations.

Low speed and apparently high packet loss with dedicated IP. An error occurs when reconnecting.
With a regular VPN, the speed is excellent, but the longer the connection, the slower the speed, and the connection drops.
OpenVPN files for VPN with dedicated IP for the router are not available in your account - you need to contact support to get them.
I also don't like how slow the app itself is, but at least it works.

So, after a month of communicating with support, where they sent me their tests at 10 Mbps on a dedicated server, we somehow came to the conclusion that I needed to contact support online to transfer the screen.
A month later, I configured OpenVPN for dedicated IP on the router using the files provided by support. It worked acceptably for one day, but the next, everything returned to normal: connection drops, low speeds, and packet loss.

On ticket 215474415740770, our team clarified that speed tests should be done on the same location/server to accurately compare results. Dedicated IP OpenVPN files aren’t available by default yet, but support can provide them on request. We know this adds extra effort, and we’ve shared your feedback with the team.

One of the biggest frauds that I have ever seen. They have taken £75 from my account with out sending any emails or notifications now saying under there policy they can't do anything. Do not take this they are big fraud

For App Store or Google Play purchases, renewal details are included in the receipt and subscription information provided by the respective store. Auto-renewal can be disabled at any time through your account (for website purchases) or through the relevant app store subscription settings before the renewal date.

Great persistent help.
The members of the helpdesk (Uzair + another one) were both very helpfull. They keept trying and trying to fix my issue. They succeeded to fix everything in the end. Maybe things could have been fixed faster but the main thing is that it was fixed. Highly recommended.

The application connects fine and doesn't slow down my daily browsing. I had to look around for the settings page to change the protocol, but once it was set up, everything worked without any issues. Good value for money if you buy a long-term plan.

I mostly use it on my iPhone while traveling. It's super convenient that they integrated the eSIM tab directly into the app, so you don't need separate software for trips. The connection is stable, and the interface is clean without any unnecessary clutter on the screen. Searching for locations is smooth, and my favorites list is right where I need it. Highly recommend.
