Last May 24, 2020, I ordered 1 pc., Artisan Stand Mixer and 20 pcs, Food Storage containers with lids, a total of $13.98 (Php699) with free shipping but my bank charge me, Php 4,+++ and up today I still did not receive my items. How these people can do this kind of crap????!!!! I hope that they will still send my order as I really wanted to have those.

I recently ordered 1 set of Utopia Kitchen Glass Food Storage Containers with Lids (20pcs) amounting to $3.99 (or Php206. 08). But i was shocked to be notified by my credit card company that i was already charged with the amount of Php4,996.03 This is a clear scam. I will definitely cancel the order and/or return the items and never buy from this store.

So I purchased a Louis Vuitton mens wallet for my son for Chanukah cuz his last one was getting bad (which I had gotten from Purse Valley along with other wallets and purses). Anyway they sent me the wrong one and now they won’t answer me at all. I’ve emailed them twice and tried to Chat twice with no response. So I’m doing the next best thing. And that is going to my bank and filing a complaint. I will end up getting my money back and get to keep the one I don’t want. But I still want to get him a new one. Anyway I really don’t ever want to use them again. They are cheaters!!!
I ordered a purse on 12/4/19 from pursevalleyfactory.ru and started asking for shipping and tracking number 7 days later. There website terms and conditions states that products ship within 3-7 days and tracking information is available 7-10 days from date of order. I have written many emails and contacted pursevalley through their contact form 7 times. The last email conversation I had they told me the purse was picked up by DHL on the 14th and would be delivered on or before the 19th. Of course the 19th came and no purse so I called DHL with the tracking number and DHL confirmed that a lable had been printed on 12/14/19 but as of 12/20/19 DHL had not picked up the purse and had not been contacted by purse valley to pick up the purse. This website appears to me to be a complete SCAM they think they can get away with taking your money and not sending product. I contacted my bank, a major national bank who was already aware of the massive amount of complaints against pursevalleyfactory.ru. I wouldn't order anything from this website and/or stay away from sending money to ZHOU YANGEN who is the person who your money is sent to when you use moneywise transfer service. My only intent on writing this TERRIBLE review is to save consumers from not only pursevalleyfactory.ru but Trust Pilot and moneywise transfer. Both Trust Pilot and Moneywise transfer continue to allow this company to post a 4.8 rating.

TERRIBLE QUALITY. Lost for words. Great service prior to purchase. Once purchased Ive heard nothing in my request to return and refund. The stamping inside missing color as well as separation between VUIT TON. The bag is a complete JOKE. Cut off patterns on the bottom, dead giveaways. Stay away from this company.
I was a bit nervous, reading the reviews. I bought mine via pursevalleyfactory.ru. I used Western Union rather than my card. I bought a $700 Swiss-quality white dial, stainless-steel Patek Philippe (PP) Nautilus(there is a cheaper $300 Japanese version). It came within a week, I was kept informed of the status of my order. DHL delivered it. I know what a real stainless steel PP Nautilus looks like. It is very very hard indeed to see the difference. I have had it for a month and it runs fine. Maybe a few hours less power reserve than the real one. It's almost impossible to get hold of a PP Nautilus from a dealer. On the gray market (e.g. chrono24) they go for $60K dollars. For 1% of that, I got for all practical purposes the same thing.

I bought an Omega watch and received in a reasonable time and the quality was good. The watch turned out to be defective wouldn't run for more than 2 hrs and it would stop. So now I'm trying to exchange it but they are being very slow in doing so! First they wanted a picture and then later wanted a video they have all of that but now silence. Seems they don't really want to exchange or refund money! They will not exchange or refund your money! So if you get a defective watch your stuck!

Pursevalleyvip is a complete scam. Stole my money and never responded to any inquiries. They are thieves. Do not confuse them with pursevalley of any other website. They are reputable. It’s just the VIP.cn that are the scam artiats
DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY! I purchased a purse on 10/13, I did receive an email from Jim on 11/1 stating the purse I ordered was defective and to pick another one, which I did. Received email stating they should receive the new purse that day from manufacturer. I have heard nothing since despite sending numerous emails and trying to contact via website. I had purchased from them in the past without any problems.
I wish I could give zero stars!!! Took my money via transfer, never replied to an email after that. So sad that I am out of money AND chritsmas gifts this close to the holidays. If anyone has had success getting m.k oney back, please let me know.
I place an order on 11/8/18 via Transferwise & 45 min later money was picked up, but then I heard NOTHING. I've emailed them over 12x & I've been ignored. I can't believe I wasted $300.
