On 10/18/2018 I made a purchase from Pursevalley.us and it was a total scam. When I paid with my credit card first it didn’t went through the credit card company send me a text asking if it was me making the purchase and I said yes so they allowed them to take the money but boy I was making the biggest mistake because after they took my money I never heard from them ever again and I even pay $35 extra for a dhl faster delivery. So stay away from this website it’s a total scam PurseValley.us

I decided to test the company and ordered a bag with them, paid via wire transfer. They said they would let me know when they received the money but 10 later nothing. I reached out, they said they actually wait for the bank to inform them. I asked them to check, and a day latter, they said they received the money and will ship the order. 4 days latter, I get a message saying they actually don't have the bag the ordered and gave a few suggestions. I declined the offer and asked for a refund. They bluntly refused to proceed with the refund saying that it is not possible because the bag is not defective. Interestingly, they said I should be happy because they had the bag in lower quality and could have shipped it but were kind to let me know (as if this is a courtesy!). I said I would file legal proceedings against them, and they replied "DO WHATEVER YOU WANT". Seriously, stay away. Maybe the quality is good, I don't know, but who wants to deal with people with this? Really not worth it!
Melissa and Amy I am just curious as to why were u sending them emails if ur order came in a week? I order from them twice once the bag came and was great and the second time the bag never came I did get a refund but it took 3 months
I ordered a bag 3 weeks ago from pursevalleyvip.cn and paid by western union. The money was picked up immediately by Xiaomei Liu and that was the last I heard from them. No further communication. No tracking number. All my further emails to “Anna Jones” of pursevalleyservice@gmail. com have gone unanswered. This is a scam folks!! Stay away.
I ordered a watch few days back. The quality was awesome one of the best so far. Fast delivery, with in a weeks time the watch was already in my hands. I have never had a bad experience with pursevalley. Just received the three bags I ordered within ONE WEEK. Their customer service was amazing and responded to every email I sent. I was weary to make such a big purchase, however, I spoke with an employee on life chat for about an hour and she assured me it was legit - SHE WAS RIGHT. If you're worried about receiving your products, don't listen to the trolls saying they wont come - seek out communication with the site. Amazing experience. thank you!!
This website is incredible. I spoke with Monica a week ago. She was friendly and helpful. I wired the money with western union and received the watch one week later. Its an absolutely perfect replica watch. The jeweler couldn't even tell the difference. Its exactly perfect. I love the watch. There isn't one detail they left out. Its the perfect watch. Thanks they are back again, i checked them on google and found that the direct factory has taken over and their name is pursevalleyfactory now. I just received my product within 4 days by dhl, i couldn't believe it was a replica as my Lv purse was just exactly the same as original. Hats off and do not go back again.

Always received all my purses!! All very high end Replica Quality. They had some issues towards the end and it took like a 2 months to receive my last purchase. Other than that never had a problem with Purse Valley they had great customer service. They always pull through with their customers. So sad they had to close down wish they can re-open again. Love their purses and fast delivery.

Oh No! Purse Valley is gone! I ordered from them several times over the last few years and was so pleased with their LV products. Always felt safe ordering from them. I've been reading all the comments and seems they are gone or changed names. Has anyone had experience with one of the new names they seem to be operating under?
