I had to leave my luggage without…
I had to leave my luggage without checking in properly as I had an issue that I needed assistance to resolve. It was Sunday afternoon and there is no one to talk to at Qeepl (only an online help chat). No one was there and I had to go to a meeting. It took them a whole day to reply by which time I had already picked my luggage back up again! I felt incredibly vulnerable. Imagine leaving your possessions with no security of being checked into the facility properly and no support to help you resolve!

Great storage but working hours are not that comfortable ((( only till 20:00(
Warning. No show cost me a lot of money
Showed up to the storage and nobody was there. Called and called with no answer. Qeepl customer service offered me a refund, however it also meant I had to spend $400 on checking my bag for a flight. I asked about compensation for this as there is “insurance” and the agent just stopped talking to me. As of now I’m out 400 - minus the storage fee and have no way of contacting anybody as the service chat has just stopped responding.

Tony was fantastic! Qeepl's rates were the best on the market, the drop-off and pick-up process were wonderfully simple (including an address very centrally located and easily locatable), and Tony (the baggage host) even allowed me to adjust my time on the spot. 11/10! Had I brought my bag on me to my budget flights, I would have spent 5 times the amount as this one drop off :) Can't thank Qeepl enough.
Convenient
app didn’t work while attempting my payment but went online and worked perfectly fine. Once payment is complete they provide you with the name and phone number. Easy to use safe and friendly service. Location Puerto Vallarta.
Great and convenient Luggage storage
The luggage storage was very conveniently located at the micro center of Buenos Aires. The front desk person was very helpful and nice. She explained the whole system and helped me to get it right.

Everything is fine! Very convenient and inexpensive. Thank you! Luggage storage at the hotel not far from Kitay-gorod metro station. Do not listen to the navigator, he suggests going around the building. On the booking page, there is instruction how to get there with pictures. Very nice lady at the reception 👍
