We’re sorry to hear the pricing and documents felt confusing, and that the amount you paid didn’t match the supplier’s invoice as you expected. We understand how frustrating it is when there are different layouts, a small prepayment, separate insurance options, and then a supplier invoice showing a different figure. We take this feedback seriously, and we’ll continue improving how our emails and price breakdowns are presented so the total cost is easier to understand upfront. A service ticket has been created for your case, and a dedicated team member will follow up to review the charge difference with Simba and provide a clear explanation. Qeeq.com Team
