What people say
The car was great
The car was great, and exactly what I needed for an overnight layover in Panama.
Helpful and efficient
We landed late in the evening so it was understandable to have reduced staff. But the poor staff member had to deal with one return and 3 new hires. But to her credit she had us all sorted within about 30 mins. We also lucked out by getting a brand new car which was a nice touch. Our return too was really efficient and helpful. Will try to use them again.

Great car hire experience in Penang Airport
The desk was in Penang airport and easy to locate. We were swiftly processed and the car was bought to us outside the terminal Arrival doors. The car was as advertised and in very good condition. We would definitely use Hertz again through QEEQ Car Rental.
Because I have never rental from this…
Because I have never rental from this company since 1992. I booked Dollar rent a car. Why suddenly do you charge rent a car?
Reply from QEEQ Car Rental2026-08-04
We’re sorry for the confusion this charge has caused. QEEQ is a booking platform, and your rental is with Dollar; however, depending on your payment option, charges may appear from QEEQ (as the booking agent) or from the rental supplier. A service ticket has been created for your case, and one of our team members will follow up to review the charge details and clarify what happened. Thank you for bringing this to our attention—we’ll also work to make the billing information clearer going forward. Qeeq.com Team

When we got there they said the 12 seater wasnt available. When I insisted I needed it because I was transporting 11 kids, they found one. They tried to sell me commercial insurance saying its required for these large vehicles - which its not

车尺寸完全错误
车尺寸完全错误。虽然我要求的是斯柯达斯卡拉尺寸的汽车。他们提供了小得多的交叉。我们带着孩子不得不挤在行李里，出行很不舒服
