We’re sorry to hear about this unpleasant surprise and the lack of a clear bill/invoice for the extra charges. This is not the experience we want for our customers, and we understand how frustrating it is when the amount at the counter doesn’t match what you were told. A service ticket has been created for your case, and a dedicated team member will follow up with you to review the contract/charges with the rental supplier and request the supporting documents. We’ll also raise this with the pickup location to urge improvements in their price explanation and billing transparency. Qeeq.com Team

Qeeq
