Booking a train ticket from Rail Ninja seems simple and straightforward, but you will eventually discover that you are paying more than double the price charged by the train operator. Furthermore, Rail Ninja sells, and charge you, tickets for trains that are already fully booked, and if you are offered the option to change your ticket, you are required to pay extra for new ones. Unfortunately, Rail Ninja employs business practices that mislead customers and could border on fraud!
Whatch out for the calendar scam!
Watch out for the calendar scam booking in Europe. You pick a date and then they show you trains on another day and its easy to miss. They then wanted to charge me $200 to book on the correct date ( which is normally free 2 weeks out) The calendar was so messed up I had to pick the day before in order to get it. Made me nervous so I canceled the tickets, took my loss and booked it on SNCF. They did not take any responsibly for the calendar issue. Not a peep and left me hanging for over 30 mins with no help online.

Holiday schedule
Booking was very easy. I didn’t realize we were going on a holiday weekend and that was challenging. Received Busan- Seoul ticket in minutes. The Seoul- Busan that took couple weeks but it worked out. Time was different that is okay so happy we get to experience Busan. I reached out twice and support team said don’t worry. When traveling bus or train always check the holiday schedule.
