Easy to book but no one ever looked at our tickets
I've rated Rail Ninja 5 stars before but I need to do it again. I'm amazed at how easy it is to use their web site to book tickets and then how efficient their system works at notifying me when tickets have processed and are available to print. I also have the Rail Ninja app on my iPhone and pulling up my tickets electronically is very easy. Can't say enough good about this entire experience!

Outrageous scam pretending to be a ticket operator. Setting ticket markup of 100% compared to price for the same ticket on official website site of some operators.

I needed 4 adults tickets from Casablanca to Rabat and return on Al Atlas trains. The process is transparent, simple and the reply much faster than expected. Having the 4 tickets in my hand is a great pleasure!
The booking process was very straightforward and the communication was clear. The app is an easy way to manage the tickets. The price seemed comparable to buying directly through the rail website. I have not taken my journey yet so can’t comment on that.
A complete rip off! The charged me €59.00 for each ticket (2 of them) for tickets you can buy on Renfe for €29.00 each - on top, they charged an additional €70 for their “fees”… do not ever use this company, this app!!! It’s a complete scam!

I made reservations for three people from Vienna to Prague and would like to have seats together. 2 are together and one is far away. 29, 55 and 56. Can that be changed?
