After you make a reservation and pay, you don’t get your tickets right away
It is quite uncomfortable to not get my tickets right away after buying them …
Also I don’t know which seats I got and if I like them or prefer to change to other ones.
Info is scarce in the reservation process
It wasn't that great. I thought I would be able to select seats but then got stuck with what was selected for me...

Although the service is good. The thing about they charge over %200 more than the ticket purchased in the train company is completely insane! (I’m in Seoul, Korea). I won’t use this service in the future anymore. Please check the price with the transport company before purchase.
My experience with Rail Ninja was extremely disappointing and I would strongly advise others to think carefully before booking through this company.
Firstly, the tickets were significantly more expensive than booking directly with the train operator, yet this higher price did not result in a better service or experience. Most frustratingly, the train we ultimately travelled on was not the train that had been advertised at the time of booking and was not the service we believed we had paid for. The quality and conditions of the train fell well below what was represented on the website.
When I raised these concerns and requested a full refund, Rail Ninja refused and instead offered “Ninja Cash”. This is not an acceptable resolution. I have no intention of using this service again after such a poor experience, meaning the credit they offered is effectively worthless to me. Customers should not be forced into using store credit when the issue relates to a service that was not delivered as advertised.
The entire experience left me feeling misled and overcharged. Paying a premium price for a service that did not match the description and then being denied a proper refund demonstrates very poor customer service and a lack of accountability.
I will not be using Rail Ninja again and cannot recommend the service to others based on my experience.

Booked a sleeper train ticket to Budapest through Rail Ninja. Just received an email to say that the train was overbooked and I now have no ticket. Wish I’d just booked directly rather than using this unreliable company.

I mistakenly booked my train tickets through Rail Ninja because I believed they were an official reseller for Spanish train tickets. That was an expensive mistake. After receiving my tickets, I discovered that Rail Ninja had simply purchased the tickets from Spain's national railway operator, Renfe, and forwarded them to me by email.
The official price printed on each ticket was **€51.50**, yet Rail Ninja charged me **€95 per ticket**—nearly double the actual price. The difference was labeled as a "processing fee," despite the fact that they provided no meaningful additional service beyond emailing me the tickets.
When I contacted customer support and asked to cancel the transaction after realizing the excessive markup, they refused to help or offer any refund.
My experience left me feeling completely misled. In my opinion, Rail Ninja's website makes it easy to assume you are booking through an official or authorized ticket provider, when in reality you are paying an enormous premium for a service you can get directly from Renfe for much less.
I would never use Rail Ninja again, and I strongly recommend that others avoid this company. Always compare prices with the official railway website before booking. Otherwise, you may end up paying almost twice the real ticket price for nothing more than an emailed ticket.

Rail Ninja charged double the face value of the rail tickets.
The breakdown of the costs did not include the charge they make for this service. We went ahead based on the value of the tickets from Combios de Portugal.
When we questioned the total amount, it was explained that it was a charge for their services . We cancelled the tickets with them and they charged £22!

disgraceful made a booking months ago for Amtrak and paid over 1000 GBP. Amtrak had no record of the ticket and i was forced to buy new tickets on the train. avoid.
