Reviewers had a great experience with this company. Many customers frequently praise the stunning and unique selection of jewelry, noting that the items are beautifully made, affordable, and visually appealing. Shoppers also appreciate the exceptionally smooth ordering process and the secure packaging that consistently ensures purchased products arrive safely. However, some people mentioned that certain items did not match expectations, pointing out specific issues with materials like worn plating or painted surfaces instead of real stones. A few people also felt that several products looked cheap and completely failed to match the described quality for the listed original prices.
Auto-generated from all reviews of this business. For reference only.I really like your jewelry. However, I cannot order earrings without knowing how long and big they are. Some of your listings have a ruler or a photo of the earrings on a model. These are the only ones I can choose from. I don't want to buy earrings that I can't wear. I think you should provide measurements of each item. I easily could have ordered 10 pairs if I had had that information.
The rings were nice but from the five rings I bought, two were a size 6 but one was two sizes bigger than the other - Not impressed as both should fit the same as they the same as size
This is my 1st experience with the company, it went well, & I hope I'm pleased with the earrings when they arrive. So much so, that I am tempted to order something more 🤔
It would be good to have an email sent confirming the order and an expected date for delivery.
I really like your hand crafted jewelry designs!
Ordering was easy. Your selection is large and has so many unique styles. Quality is mediocre.
I ordered two pairs of earrings on December 14th. I have yet to receive them and it is January 3rd. Rational Popular sent an email saying they had shipped.
Very easy to order and prices were great.
I had trouble ordering. My first order disappeared. I thought it did not go through. So I placed a second order adding an item. Please cancel my first order. I am sorry.,
buying was easy but no record of my payment
Beautiful jewelry *just wish the fish hook earrings all came with silicone backs.
It was easy to choose, just not so easy to find the price for shipping
The choices and prices were excellent. I had a little trouble completing my order after additional offering was accepted and I needed to return to the payment option. So happy the order was completed satisfactorily!
A big help in choosing Xmas presents online
It looks like quality products at reasonable prices. The percentage off gift codes were a definite selling point. I will have a better review of the products after receiving them.
The price. Since I have not recieved my purchuse yet I can't give my opinion about the quality.
The products are great, good quality with a worthy feel to them. Fantastic designs ove a wide range of styles. BUT… the lack of response to questions and queries is so rude and frustrating. I want to order some rings but after asking 3 times on how to measure ring sizes STILL NO RESPONSE!
It should be minus 5 stars. They got my address wrong. I ordered earrings late August and they didn't arrive because of the wrong address. I'm asking for a full refund - not my mistake. They're only offering less than half. Ridiculous. The only mistake I've made is to order earrings from this dishonourable company. Don't do it.
VAST SELECTION OF EARRINGS HOWEVER, ON RECEIPT SOME WERE OF VERY POOR QUALITY. NO RESPONSE TO EMAIL SENT TO COMPANY. BIG GAMBLE BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY👎👎👎
