What reviewers say
AI generatedReviewers had a great experience with this company. Many customers frequently praise the stunning and unique selection of jewelry, noting that the items are beautifully made, affordable, and visually appealing. Shoppers also appreciate the exceptionally smooth ordering process and the secure packaging that consistently ensures purchased products arrive safely. However, some people mentioned that certain items did not match expectations, pointing out specific issues with materials like worn plating or painted surfaces instead of real stones. A few people also felt that several products looked cheap and completely failed to match the described quality for the listed original prices.

Customer Service Nonexistent
I received damaged merchandise and have contacted Rational Customer service several times. They have not responded to my emails and I have found there is no other way to reach them 😡
Great and speedy service, quality workmanship
Color of stones not as pictured but ring great in any event. Like the originality of the products. Different is good.
Don't waste your time
I spent a lot of time picking pieces, and ordering. My order was confirmed, and then 2 days later just cancelled for no reason. What a colossal waste of my time. Don't waste yours.
Inexpensive but worth it.
Your jewelry is beautiful for being inexpensive. I get alot of compliments on all that I wear. My rings are beautiful. Just wanted to mention that the holiday earrings are not what they post on line. Don't care for the plastic surrounding the item. But, still cute. Prices are so wonderful

I loved the look of the ring and while it arrived exactly as advertised, the gold plating started to wear off the sides the first time I wore it

I spent lots of $ on an order that I never received! And when I wrote to them, they sent a picture of a T-shirt supposedly delivered to me and a picture of my delivery address. No pictures of boxes or packages. I rewrote asking for compensation and received a statement that it was delivered. And then when I went to put a review on their site, I was stopped and could only review if I acknowledged that I had received my order.

The shipping time is way too long.It took almost 3 weeks after I ordered and paid for my purchase before it arrived which is ridiculous.
This jewelry company is always…tasteful
This jewelry company is always surprising me: with its designs, its quality, and its whimsey. I'm glad the pieces are affordable. I only wish I could afford more of them. Honest. With rampant capitalism it's nearly impossible to find this type of company outside of small town businesses. Huge respect.

The pendant is nothing like the photograph and is of exceedingly poor quality. I bought it for my daughter who loves garnets. This is certainly not the colour of a garnet and the metal surround is an insult to the photograph. Not happy.
Problems
I ordered the fox and the walking bears rings, both in a size 6. The bear ring came in a size 8, which is too large. Neither ring had the dark shading to highlight the design. I am not pleased with my purchase.

This site has so many interesting and beautiful earrings, rings and bracelets. I love getting what I have purchased and can’t wait to unwrap and see what I have received. Everything is made well and beautifully colored. Can’t believe the price for these pieces.
