AI generated

Most reviewers were unhappy with their experience overall. Many people expressed deep frustration regarding the customer service, noting that getting a timely reply or any meaningful assistance takes weeks of endless waiting. Others struggled with significant delivery delays, missing items in bundled purchases, and unexpected shipping complications that were extremely difficult to resolve. Some reviewers were happy with the actual items, describing the smart glasses as impressive, high quality, and fun to use for portable entertainment. A few individuals also noted that certain orders arrived fairly quickly and that communication was very smooth when dealing with specific requests.

What people say

Their customer service is the worst

Their customer service is the worst! Not because of the response they give but because of how long it takes for them to respond at all. It's bad enough that you have to email them to get anything done, versus having a dedicated customer service center to handle issues that may come up. I ordered the Air 4s before knowing about the newer model that was coming, so I tried emailing them minutes later to cancel it before it's shipped out, but by the time they got around to responding, it was already shipped, and you'll have no choice but to accept the delivery then email them again (which will be days of waiting again) to arrange returning the item. What a damn hassle.

Yet to arrive, has returned to sender...

These RayNeo Air 4 Pro along with RayNeo Pocket TV Streaming Box they were supposedly out for shipment 2026-08-22 tracking showed them held up at YUEN LONG, HK then on the 26 Aug, 2026 YUEN LONG, HK, Shipment has been returned to sender. I have sent a number of emails asking for some form of explanation and nothing yet. What is more disturbing is they advertise with the Olympic logo, not even sure if that's an official certification of Olympic sponsor ship or perhaps worse.

Slow and unresponsive return process

I returned a RayNeo product following their standard return procedure, providing all requested documentation. Despite sending this promptly, I received no confirmation that the documentation was received or that the package had arrived at their facility. RayNeo states that returned items will be inspected within 7 business days of receipt. That window has now passed with no update, and I've had to send two follow-up emails just to try to get a status check. There has been no acknowledgment of receipt, no inspection update, and no indication of when the refund will be processed, this despite a 30-day refund window that continues to tick down while I wait for a response. The product itself may be fine, but the post-sale support and return process have been frustrating. If you're considering a purchase, be prepared for slow communication if you ever need to return an item.

Good glasses, bad customer experience

THE BAD: After watching many reviews on AR glasses, I decided to take the plunge and go for a pair of Rayneo air 4 pros, initially thinking that buying direct from the site would be a good idea…. I was mistaken however. On their site they boast a delivery between 3 to 5 days and they also advise responses within one day via their customer support which is only via email. I am now currently on day 11 from the initial order with my only update being Royal Mail advising that they are expecting it which I received the day after purchase. I am also now on email seven request requesting support from their “customer service”. As these glasses were bought with the intention of using on a breakaway I was forced to buy a second pair via Amazon which I received via their next day delivery service. Say that now means I’ve spent over £500 on Rayneo products with only 1 pair of glasses received. Luckily, I decided to buy the first pair via my PayPal account so I will be utilising their dispute process. GLASSES IN ACTION: As for the glasses themselves after I had eventually received a pair I do have to say that they are very good. The crisp picture and amazing audio quality do warrant the price that you pay. However if you are looking for that true full screen 200 inch cinema experience, there are a couple of downsides, one being that they’ve made the screen too big for the field of view that they provide so no matter how much you adjust the glasses there will always be corners either at the bottom or at the top that are just outside of your vision, but I think for the price that you pay it’s not quite a dealbreaker as for me it’s not enough to put me off from watching films or playing video games. Another downside is that these glasses are missing some key technologies that other AR glasses provide. Essentially these are just a basic display screen that mirrors any device you plug it into but I think that is warranted in the price that you pay, especially when you consider just how good the display is along with the impressive sound. Another good thing about these glasses is that as they do not have their own internal battery they weigh next to nothing which is great for long sessions, but make sure that you purchase one of the additional USB/HDMI dongles as they will drain the battery life of any device you use with the. SUMMARY: If you were looking for a true glasses experience with all the bells and whistles this is not the approach for you but for that you would need to spend a hell of a lot more money. If however, you travel a lot or want a bit more of a Personal viewing experience whilst sat down then these are the classes for you. If you do decide to buy a pair, just be wary of where you are buying from as I DO NOT recommend buying direct from Rayneo. I’ve given the product a two star review mainly due to my experience with my initial purchase however if everything had gone well and I’d received my initial pair of glasses I would most likely have given them 4.5/5.

Horrible,

Horrible, Website clames they ship with premium carriers fedx and ups. But they ship usps. Theres a big difference it the carriers as usps dosnt shop to all locations that fedx and ups ship to. And there customer service chat is unhelpful. All they say is they will reach out within. 24 hrs and they never do.

I ordered sooo long ago

I ordered sooo long ago. Hadn't heard anything from them until I messaged them. So I asked for my money back, multiple times. It wasn't until I threatened to sue that they decided to send the pocket tv after I had already asked for a refund, and I still haven't received the item. Last I checked it's somewhere in China. Absolutely horrible!

Avoid !!

Unfortunately, my experience with the RayNeo Air 4 Pro AR/XR has been extremely disappointing. I encountered several serious issues, including compatibility problems, HDR10 and 3D mode not working at all, and a poor fit that cuts off the two bottom corners of the display, even after carefully adjusting the temples and nose pads. On top of that, after no more than 15 minutes of use, one of the arms of the glasses becomes so hot that it is genuinely uncomfortable to wear. What has disappointed me even more is the complete lack of customer support. I would like to return the glasses and request a refund, but I have no idea how to do so because I have contacted customer service several times and have never received a single reply. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend the RayNeo Air 4 Pro AR/XR or the company's after-sales service. If something goes wrong, don't expect any help. I strongly suggest that potential buyers think twice before purchasing these glasses.

Worst company ever

Worst company ever, zero customer support, shipped to wrong address after contacted multiple times about it , ignored all attempts to contact them, and refused to cancel the order. Finally after 5 days responded, oh its shipped, we cant change it. Contacted them within 5 minutes of the order. Customer service will NOT contact you ever, and they AI chat bot just lies about contacting you.

Wish I could give zero stars

Wish I could give zero stars. I ordered a bundle deal that was supposed to come with the glasses as well as an HDMI adapter. I spent over $300 and got an order confirmation. The package got delivered. No glasses, only the adapter. Every attempt to reach customer service has been met with AI and no guarantees of resolving the issue. So I tried to get a refund and was told that they could not guarantee a full refund even after I returned the adapter. Everything has to go "under manual review" which seems to never happen. I absolutely would never recommend anyone order anything from this company.

Avoid this seller!

A disaster! I ordered the Rayneo Pocket, which was listed as in stock, but a week later—silence. I contacted customer service and was told: "We don't have them anymore, but we can issue a refund." After a while, I noticed they had shipped just the glasses (apparently they're on the way), even though I had bought the bundle with the HDMI adapter—which they evidently didn't have in stock. Well, I paid for the bundle, not just the glasses. On top of that, they stopped responding to my messages. Definitely avoid this seller. It’s better to spend a little extra and buy from another site—like Amazon—with next-day delivery.

customer care will ignore you

I ordered a pair of RayNeo Air 4, they chose a delivery option that left my item in a bin and it was stolen. In the UK it is the sellers responsibility but they customer care team have told me I need to contact the courier myself. That is not how it works in the UK, they will not help or assist you in any way other than ignoring your emails if you have a problem. I am now having to escalate this.

Can’t beat these glasses

I’ve got the Rayneo 3 air pro s and they are seriously a mint bit of kit and the price is unbelievable for what you get I use them on ps5 Xbox and switch and haven’t got a single bad thing to say about them I ordered the switch joy dock last week and it was with me in 4 working days from china and works a treat Don’t waste 5/6/7 hundred pound on other glasses get the rayneo

RayNeo Air 3S Drone Friendly smart specs

The RayNeo Air 3S are seriously impressive smart glasses, especially for drone flying and portable FPV use. The image quality is larger than life sharp, bright, and clean in bright sunlight. Immersive, showing the full controller screen giving you a huge virtual screen experience without needing bulky goggles or extra gear. One of the best things about them is how simple they are to use. Just plug them directly into a compatible drone controller using the included USB-C cable and they work straight out of the box — no apps, downloads, setup headaches, or complicated pairing process. That plug-and-play simplicity makes a massive difference when you just want to power on and fly. They’re also lightweight and comfortable enough to wear for longer sessions, whether you’re flying drones, gaming, or watching content on the move. The built-in speakers are surprisingly good too, giving clear audio without needing headphones, although for my tastes a little on the quiet side! For anyone wanting a cleaner, more portable alternative to traditional FPV goggles, the RayNeo Air 3S offer a really solid balance of convenience, display quality, and value.

Please communicate

UPDATE: eventually the RayNeo arrived. Later than expected, but still! I ordered the RayNeo Pocket TV 28 days ago and only received an order confirmation. Mails stay unanswered. Will it be sent? When? Will it be refunded? Customer service should communicate about these things, or at least answer mails. UPDATE: it's been 49 days today since I ordered and I still haven't received my order. What am I supposed to think!?
