I am so thankful for this place after…
I am so thankful for this place after losing my job and insurance. Helped me be able to afford to keep my mental health in line. And had one issue with UPS that wasn’t their fault, but they went out of their way to be sure I got my medicine. I really appreciated that. Recommend to anyone looking for a low cost solution.

Took my money, video chat for like 5 minutes no results.
Paid my money, had a video chat with a PA( was told it would be with a doctor) about anxiety/ depression issues and she (also she looked like she had not slept in days, dark circles under her eyes and she repeating herself) told me she could not help me and would have an a doctor reach out to me, which no one has, so my credit card was charged and no results.

While our medical providers (which is what we refer to them as we have a variety of qualified medical professionals on staff) strive to offer the best possible care based on the information provided, there are times when an in-person evaluation may be the most appropriate course of action for patient safety and effective treatment. Our policy is if our providers are not able to give you a prescription to treat your condition, we offer a refund for the visit fee. Excellent 5 star pharmacy
Because of insurance problems I had to find a quick way to get my medication. I found the RedboxRX website and filled out a questionnaire and was scheduled a virtual appointment with a doctor that same day. I completed the appointment with the doctor and my medication was shipped and I received it in 2 days. I highly recommend this service if you can’t get your medication the traditional way. 5 star pharmacy. Thank you for the excellent quick service.

No Medication, No Refund, No Response
I ordered prescription medication from RedBox Rx and never received it. The package was shipped through a UPS-to-USPS handoff service. UPS tracking showed the package was delivered to USPS for final delivery, but USPS could not locate the package and confirmed they had no record of it being delivered to me.
I contacted RedBox Rx and explained that the package appeared to have been lost during the transfer between carriers. I provided my shipping information and requested an investigation, but after that I stopped receiving responses.
I paid for medication that I never received, and RedBox Rx has refused to issue a refund or provide a meaningful resolution. Losing a package is one thing; ignoring a customer after taking payment for prescription medication is another.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service.

Excellent Experience with RedBox Rx
I had a really great experience with RedBox Rx. The shipping was fast, the packaging was really nice, and everything arrived in perfect condition. I also loved how convenient the whole process was. Being able to do the online consultation, get prescribed finasteride, and have the prescription delivered straight to my doorstep made everything incredibly easy and stress-free. On top of that, the pricing was really great compared to other options I looked at. Overall, I’d definitely recommend RedBox Rx to anyone looking for a simple and convenient online pharmacy experience.
