I had an 80 gigabyte interview that needed to be converted from mdt to mov. You have to have patience and understand that it might take a little while. The audio is not a match, but since we had independent audio tracks this was not a problem. We were able to recover a 6K file and that was very important... Thanks wondershare....

Their moneyback guarantee is an absolute lie, even though my situation was one of the only things not covered in their sea of exceptions that they make little effort to inform you of, they make you spend forever troubleshooting every little thing and trying to weasel out of refunding you, even if you're less than 24 hours into a 7 day trial.

Wondershare replied to my review by saying that they do not do refunds without a reason. Just wanted to make it clear that I DID have a legitimate reason (as stated in my review) and yet they still refused to honor their guarantee.
As per their request I provided screenshot evidence of their program not working (which they did not contest) and after I continued to press for the refund their chat agent stopped responding to my messages before eventually closing the chat, leaving my problem unresolved. I was unable to reach an agent after this (I had already spoken to 3 agents) and so I was forced to do a chargeback through my card issuer. They very clearly do everything in their power to delay things and frustrate their customers, with the end goal of not providing refunds.
Let me reiterate that Wondershare is a shady company that does not honor their guarantee.

I like your website and what it does for my photo editing. However, navigating the process is tricky. I have had to write out the instructions for myself, which helps, but I wish it were less cumbersome.

The excel-file I wanted to repair could not be deleted because of an unknown error, so I wanted repairit to repair the file. After running the programme Repairit reported the file as successfully repaired, but it still cannot be deleted. So, was the repair successful? Apparently not.

I am trying to salvage an old photo and have a dark spot that I can't get corrected with the program. Light parts were enhanced very nicely but I have one very important part that is not changing.

I had several corrupt files that they couldn't do anything with. I sent them the clips and they talked me through them for several days as if their engineers were working. Waste of money. The only program that I was able to fully recover a corrupt file, at its highest quality, was Restore Media
