This is hands down the best CRM for real estate investors and I've tried them all. Everything works, no bugs, and it truly is an all in one platform for all of your real estate investing needs
Great experience and customer service
System is okay at best
System is okay, you are forced to adapt how you do business to this system. The costs is SIGNIFICANTLY more than what is expected. example, I am 3 months in and have spent $3500 for the system and have already been charged almost $5k in text and call minutes. They force everyone to leave a 5 star review while in onboarding and that felt very pressured when we have not used the system. We can't track basic metrics and their customer service is overseas and does not help much.
They are prompt and professional.
