They have great service and their Voice agents are some of the best in the market. Giving you somuch control over the conversation and functionality.
Great but Not Perfect
The Retell product in itself is very good but not perfect and allows for easy optimisation of the prompts for great agent behaviour. It provides fairly good documentation to aid custom development. Improvements could be made to the range of UK English voices available as most of the voices are American (maybe the fault of Voice Generator partners). That said, a great product indeed!

I am loving the ability to build voice agents for my clients. The site is very easy to use once you figure it out and develop a consistent prompt to get everything you need out of your agent. My only issue is getting the time and date correct. My agents have had a hard time when asked about current date and time.

Retell has been hands down thee best voice platform I have used thus far. The only reason I'm giving a 4 instead of 5 is that the customer support can be super frustrating if you need to speak with anyone and only have the A.I. agent to help. Make sure you buy a number through twilio and import it. Twilio's customer support is incredible.
