Lovely home for our corporate retreat. Many of the TVs and remotes didnt work. I would imagine its impossible to keep them from getting mixed up. The TV in the dining room would not stay connected to our computers which was a little frustrating, however the one in the living room connected fine just was not ideal for our meeting portion. Had everything we needed and the extra side kitchen was so helpful for us to organize meals without disrupting the main space. Half of the games didnt work in the game room and some were missing the pieces you needed to play. The theater was AMAZING and was a total bonus as we were there during the winter Olympics. We would stay here again and hope some of these items were fixed for the next time.
Clean, lots of room with lots of fun things to do at the house (Golden Tee was our favorite!). The weather was cold when we visited so didn’t get to utilize the outdoor games, but having the pool heat was great! Would stay here again!
Heating and cooling problems plagued us the entire trip. Heat wasn't fixed for entire week we were here. Record cold plunged some bedrooms into sixties and possible lower.
Home had a good amount of wear, wood floors need refinishing, pool and ping pong tables uneven, air hockey table half operational. Showerhead leaking possible into wall and rooms have stained carpets.
The overall booking and communication was excellent. The accomodation was good and honnest with the VRBO posting. Florida Vacation Homes did an excellent communication job.
We had three different issues with the house:
1) The pool alarm on the sliding door was extremely sensitive and the outside boutton did not always work.
2) We paid for the heating of the pool. We were there for a week, but it took 4 days before the pool was warm enough to swim in it.
3) The washing machine had rust inside of it which precluded us to do any laundry.
We did mention these three issues to Vacation Homes. A technician came the next day do service the alarm. We were told that the pool would take time to get hot since it was cold outside, and were told that the washing machine was to be looked after but never was.
Additionaly, the dryer is extremely loud and the oven doesn't work well.
Overall good experience. The house was spacious and offered a lot of privacy. We were there for the PGA show and shared the house with 9 adults.
We were a group of 2 moms and 2 teen golfers. We had a wonderful stay! The unit was perfectly situated within walking distance to the main clubhouse and also the fitness center. The unit was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Check-in and check-out procedures were very clear and we had no difficulty with anything involved with the stay. Highly recommend and already looking forward to visiting again!
The place was worth the price. We had a larger group and were comfortable and able to spread out. Everything was clean, with only a little wear and tear. I missed the entry code in the many emails received and thought we were locked out initially. That was my mistake, but I was disappointed to get hung up on late at night with management while trying to get in. When I called back, I got a voicemail and asked for an immediate call back...which didn't happen until the following afternoon. It turned out fine. I had overlooked the code in the email and figured it out, so that was my mistake. I also didn't use the emergency line which I assume would have a faster return call time; however, getting told to "please hold" and then getting disconnected with no call back when our family of six was tired and, I thought, locked out was frustrating. It all worked out and I would stay here again for the price, space, and location.
We are staying in a unit at the Reunion Golf Resort. We locked our valuables in the provided safe and now it won't open. It appears that the safe battery is too low to retract the bolt. We complained to the staff and they sent out a tech that didn't have a master key to the safe. I asked them to have a locksmith come out to open the safe but they declined and decided to try to drill the lock on the safe themselves. They did not know what they were doing and drilled it wrong and now it won't open at all. The process has likely damaged our property inside the safe. This started at 7:00 pm and It is now 8:45 pm with no solution in sight. I called the support number for Florida vacation homes and the guy that answered wasn't even located in the USA and said there was nothing they can do. We check out tomorrow morning at 10:00 am and they aren't sure they can get someone here by then to attempt to open the safe. I asked the person for a supervisor or manager and was told there isn't one. These people are absolutely useless, they don't care about their customers and are just generally garbage people.
Unit and location was great. However, the FR Tv wasn’t hooked up, no bath mat for master BR, sink in master BR didn’t work, shower drain in master BR disconnected and most distressing the safe wouldn’t open with our car keys and computers inside. FH addressed the sink timely but the safe took longer then needed creating great stress
Overall pretty good experience, the home was comfortable and as pictured. A couple of the smaller bedrooms didn’t have adequate clothing storage. The pool in this unit does not get full sun, so even with the heat it was still chilly, but the hot tub was great. Steven was also very helpful. I would use this company again.
Everything was just wonderful the pool, the location, the size, the amount of bedrooms, & bathrooms.
Other than an issue with raccoons getting in to the trash because they could just flip it off the bin and it wouldn’t close properly, hopefully a new bin can be installed

House had comfortable beds but lacked meeting full description of deliverables, will stay elsewhere with next trip to Orlando.
We stayed at 7594 Excitement Drive. This is a beautiful million dollar home with very nice upscale interiors and furnishings. This house has an exceptional high quality appliance package too. This home fronts a golf course fairway and has a pool and hot tub. The video game did not work, the power button did not work on the air hockey table, the ac unit in the game room was too cold and could not be turned down. The golf cart was a waste of money. There was nowhere to go really. There is only parking for two cars. They are very strict about parking on the street, blocking the sidewalks, etc. We were there with 4 couples and had 4 cars. There was almost no toilet paper in the house. There was no shampoo and conditioner. There is an alarm on the slider door and you have to push a button behind the curtain to open the door, it cannot be left open. WE had to go to the nearby CVS to buy toiletries. The soap also is terrible. It is a really nice house. The stairs to walk up are 23 treads, it's almost like a 3 story height but only 2 floors, the stairs after a couples days were unbearable for the elderly parents up there. Check out time was very strict at 10 am, the cleaning crew arrived at 10:02. They weren't kidding about strict timing. I would rent from this company again, I think communication was fine overall. We had a great time. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, it was extra to have it heated, that was worth every penny. There were no extra blankets and limited garbage cans in the bedroom/bath areas. No big deal though. Otherwise, I think the experience was 4 out of 5 stars, I would go back to Reunion again. Again this house is great, just needs a couple of tweaks. Stock extra toilet paper, add shampoo bottles, get better soap, put a sign on the slider about how the alarm works and fix the games. Otherwise it was perfect. Thanks.
The Magic Mansion house was great. Our only criticism was that the pool was not warm enough. It was supposed to be heated 2 days before we arrived. I called the office and a pool specialist came but he wasn’t able to heat the pool. We had 1 day where the pool warmed up. Totally unsatisfactory based on the $500 that we were charged. I would like a $400 refund.
This home on the website was beautiful! However we checked in an everything went down hill. I made several calls to maintenance to report this list of issues with the home. The pool was dirty I was told the pool persons would clean it on Wednesday it never happened. The dinning room chair broke where someone could have hurt themselves the game room games were broke the sink started linking bugs in bathroom sink umbrella on patio broke . The water was not hot mad water pressure very low comfort had makeup on it. Refrigerator didn’t keep cold. All of the grooming of this property has not been taken.
This was the worst rental ever and we paid for a dirty - disgusting house! Dust and other hair crap in all bed frames - walls have so much black stuff above slider doors- hair ties on pool patio - dirty patio- ripped screen when called manager they duct tape half of it! Window sills has at least 5 years of dirt! We left early!
Our Family has had the opportunity to stay at the Reunion resorts for the last 15 years, experiencing Terrific and Clean accomodations! We had never dined at the Chop House in main Bldg...best ever!!!
I have stayed with Florida Vacation Homes in the past and it was not a bad experience but customer service for this trip was truly terrible. An elderly guest suffered a significant fall at the home. She had to be taken to the emergency department and has continued to treat after returning home. This fall completely ruined her trip and by extension made the trip challenging for the rest of our family. She continues to suffer from substantial pain as a result of the fall. I reported this injury to our “Home Care Manager” and he essentially blamed her for falling. The guest filled out an injury report and sent pictures of the hazardous condition of in the house but Florida Vacation Homes did not care. I have literally never had such a bad experience with a company in my life. I strongly recommend against staying with Florida Vacation Homes. There are a lot of other options in the Orlando area that treat their guests much better.
