This is my second Endeavor board

This is my second Endeavor board, and they are the absolutely best boards I've ridden. I primarily ride them to run my cr@ckhead malinois, which at this point is 2-6 miles at 10-22 mph the entire way, once it twice per day. The first board had a minor issue after nearly 750 miles (which the support team were brilliant in helping me sort out), so I bought the newest model as a backup, so there were no down days. The second board is a good (likely better) as the first. Knock on wood, I've got every pothole, speed bump, pinecone out there, and at speed, and have never list my footing. I'm a true believer in the Propel band. I'm sure each board has its own individual niche, but for me, the Endeavor series is the perfect balance of maneuverability and taking on what ever nature throws at me.

Refund

Bought the product, broke my leg while it was in transit. Tried to send it back for a refund and they denied even initially the lady said she will “guide me through the process.” Product was never opened.

Great board

Overall this is the best board I’ve ever bought. It’s super fun, stable, and very powerful. While it is heavy its is extremely durable, a handle accessory would be nice. The only thing I would really change though is to include a couple tire tubes in the box as I had gotten a thorn in one of my tires and had to buy a new tube for it.

Excellent after sales support

The Team was very helpful and prompt to reply. They understood that people can't always get genuine, and still gave me more than I asked for. Thanks guys. It's this aspect of a company that makes the difference when I vouch for a manufacturer. And I'm been thru Meepo, Ownboard and Evolve so far.

Requested correct bushings for better ride experience seen on Youtube videos but not given with free shipping by poor customer service. This gave my buying experience and product experience a very unsatisfactory riding experience of the product and purchase regret.

Good quality product

Good quality product, I enjoy riding it. I gave 4 stars because grip could be apply better on the board (seems to have little air gap under) & long delivery time but it was not a surprise, company advise before buying that order will arrive in 2 and half months.

Pivot S++

I really appreciate you all at PropelEV. Javen, Russ. You're all amazing people. I love my Pivot S. I like how easy it is to work on. Unfortunately I got caught in a rainstorm and my new esc got water in it and a capacitor blew. I'll get another esc when I can afford it. Keep up the great work you guys

Great product, and an even better company that stands behind it. I had the misfortune of receiving a buggy ESC that resulted in my board going into the street and being run over by a car. The customer service was fantastic and made it a point to let me know i would be taken care of, and they would not stop until my issue was settled. They ended up replacing almost every part of my board short of the board itself. They also upgraded me to the new ESC to avoid this issue going forward and i can honestly say it is the best control system i have had on any electric skateboard. As long as they continue to innovate I feel comfortable buying from this company for all of my E-skate needs.

Customer support is fair

Customer support is fair. They always responded to my queries though it took some time for them to respond. The downside is that there is only one email address for support. There is no chatbot nor you can't speak to an agent if needed. I think its the one of the reasons why customers turn away. Their products are not cheap and its quite scary to buy from a company that has only email for communication.
