Fabulous dress- needed for a “wear colour” funeral. Great quality and fit. Shipping took 9 days from order (uk) and it arrived just in time. Will definitely order again.

Great dresses. Feminine and romantic, just as beautiful as shown in the pictures. Shipping was hassle-free. It takes a little while, but everything arrives safely (I live in Germany). Rihoas clothing is incredibly consistent in every department. Sizing and materials used, to name just a couple. The service is also top notch. Most importantly for me is that my wife loves every single item that I have purchased for her. Bear in mind, I have never once told her what item I have ordered. She hasn’t worn the most recent dress I bought but plans to this weekend.

I placed an order on 20th May for some swim wear. I have not received my package. Tracking information stops on 30th May with no further updates. I emailed the support team on 9th June asking when I will receive my order. They replied saying they would investigate and asked me to give them a week to complete their investigation. A week passed and I did not hear from them. I emailed again asking for an update and received a generic email from them- no update, no mention of when I will receive my parcel, no mention of refund. Just thanking me for my email. Avoid this company - feel like I have been scammed!
