Amazing customer service!
I’ve been a customer of Rihoas for years and I always love how beautiful the clothes are! I’ve never had to contact customer services before however this time I accidentally ordered an XS which wouldn’t fit me in a billion years, I asked if I could exchange as this was 100% my fault for not being careful when purchasing but customer services allowed me to re-purchase the top at a discounted rate to save me on shipping costs. I was very surprised at how kind and above and beyond the advisors went for me, Margie and Yuki were so wonderful and they really helped me! I’m extremely grateful and honestly Rihoas has a customer for life in me. Having employees like this make all the difference in a company and I hope this is fed back to them as they deserve all the praise they can get! Thank you again :)

Dress was coming apart at the seems in three places after only 2 wears. And I’m certainly not busting out of the dress. I can’t figure out how to complain to the company or request a return or refund. Waste of money.

RIHOAS was so easy to use
RIHOAS was so easy to use! So many great options, sizes, and I loved the specific size guides!! I adore what i ordered and I can't wait for it to get here. I was debating getting it and looking at other outfits, RIHOAS saw this by noticing my activity in my cart amd graciously sent me a discount as a gift which was so thoughtful!! I will absolutely be coming back to RIHOAS!

Very disappointing experience. I would never buy from this store again. The clothes don't look anything like the photos on the website. The quality is terrible—they look cheap and poorly made. Returning the items is complicated and you also have to pay for the return shipping. I would never order from this company again and definitely wouldn't recommend it.

This company is a nightmare if you need to return damaged items. The ask for photos/videos and plenty of silly back and forth emails and then not refund at all. Horrible!

Extremely Poor Quality and Costly Returns
They were running ads all over my Instagram and Facebook, so I decided to make a purchase. After paying $53 plus $8.20 CAD for shipping, I received an item of such poor quality that I couldn’t believe how different it looked compared to the photos on the website. I’ve shopped at Shein before, but Rihoas items are even worse quality but cost 5x. At least Shein’s prices reflect the quality of its products. When I tried to return the item, I found out that shipping it back to the U.S. with tracking—as they required—would cost so much that it didn’t make any financial sense. I would have ended up spending even more money out of pocket than the item was worth. I honestly think this website is a total scam.
