I built the Coffee Factory and the completed project is awesome. Unfortunately, I broke a few pieces that did not have spares, but glue helps. This is a rather complex puzzle that requires lots of patience, but perfection takes time. The only problem that I have is that after completing assembly, the four lower cups do not rotate consistently but there is no way that I can find to get access to the gears to check for a bind even though everything was waxed very well. This was my 4th puzzle and my next one is the typewriter.

I have purchased many of your products, and I have been very pleased with the quality.. This swing ride, proved to be difficult simply because the wood planks were very thin. The quality of wood was very difficult to work with. They would often break, just taking them off the plank. A little disappointed.

Easy to order and fast delivery. Very well made although I found some of the parts difficult to press out. Lots of engineering going into these units. Some difficulty in adding parts that require pressure to install and where it is not possible to provide back pressure on the part. I enjoyed building these and find it a relaxing hobby.

This company made products using cheap materials that are so weak that toothpicks are stronger than it. They also make instructions that are easily misunderstood, which caused me to have to redo an entire set just to fix a tiny mistake. ROKR even gives exposed electronics to kids who don't even know how dangerous it is! Even worse, most parents give kids products for older ages, meaning young kids could be badly injured because of the electrical components and the cheap products. ROKR, if you are reading this, use stronger materials and raise the age limit, before you are charged with murder!

I have built several ROKR wooden models including the Pinball Machine, Space Shuttle, Gift Factory and several smaller kits. I really felt challenged and enjoyed each and every one of them. I usually take several weeks to build each model working only a short period each day to get maximum enjoyment and also get it put together the way the instructions say to do it. If I work too long at one time I tend to make mistakes. The main reason for writing this review is because I just started the Dream Coffee Factory and while doing the first electrical test the sound failed. This is the first time ever that I have had a problem with one of their kits. I sent an email to Robotime customer service about the problem and the testing procedure I used and they responded to my email within less than 24 hours asking me to verify my shipping address. Then they followed up the next day with an email telling me the replacement parts were on the way and the following day I receive another email with the tracking number for the shipment. The package is coming from China so I am now waiting but am very impressed with their customer service so far.

Enjoyable model kits I have done many however many of the kits have very small pieces that are prone to breaking therefore a tube of glue is essential. ROKR state that glue is not needed however many of the flimsy pieces will need to be glued. .

The ROKR Coffee Dream Factory was a fun build. Shipping did take a while tho. ROKR has a good reputation for building colorful 3-D wood kits that are very entertaining with many moving parts, LED lighting and music. The rotating coffee cups with the coffee bean grinder/roaster pouring into the coffee cups, with serving “bear paws” is a cute addition and the music theme is a delight. The USB connection is the best feature; NO batteries required!
