I dropped and broke the door to the cuckoo hatch soon after starting the project. I contacted the company and they immediately sent me a replacement at no charge. Although it took a couple weeks to get to me from China, I could continue working on the clock, knowing the part was on the way. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. I enjoyed the experience and enjoy having the clock in my home.

We love the products and the delivery is fast. Only thing is that despote having some parts in double in case of break I suppose, usually we found that the most délicate and important pieces such as vital parts for good mechanical function are usually very fragile. It would be good to have those with an extra in case of break. Thanks. We love it.
