I've ordered the Manta Ray and Hammerhead Shark. While I've received the Manta, it's been a few weeks abd i have not received any confirmation or information on the availability of the Hammerhead. When i mail your support team that come back with 'please be assured that all orders will be processed sequentially', but i have no udea if or when i can expect the last package to be shipped.

These 3D products are amazing, well made and very cleverly thought out. I did have one issue with a delivery where an incorrect product was supplied, (one out of three) in the consignment. Customer service was brilliant. They were onto it straight away, sending me the correct product and advising me I could keep the wrong item I hadn't ordered instead of sending it back.

Company is downgrading on quality. Newer kits (also ROKR) often contains very thin wood-panels. Also USB lighting problems (extreme thin wires). I bought all three models from the "Cathedral"-series; All 3 non-working lighting, extreme flimsy wood-panels and these have to be glued completely. I used to buy nearly all Rokr / Robotime products (+10 a month) and I quitted buying from them now.....

I appreciate that they were willing to replace the broken part. However, the part broke because it is flimsy and the instructions call for it to be forced into a very difficult position. I had to pay $5 to have the new part shipped to me. I'm not confident I'm going to be able to get the new part into that difficult position without it breaking as well, but I'll try, and if that fails I guess I'll just have to consider the entire project to be a bust. I didn't anticipate being asked to put these little flimsy wooden pieces into such difficult-to-achieve positions.

The instructions are clear and easy to follow (pictures and part numbers). My kitten chewed up one of the wires, and they replaced it without question. I only had to pay $5 shipping.

I really love the Rolife Super Creator series. I ordered these products for my family in Thailand, and everyone absolutely loved them.
