I received my first order which did not fit. They were willing to work with me to make it right. They are quick to respond to messages too. My second order worked out just fine.

Rosegal was a great site to order off of, I had a swim suit that was too big for me and they did what ever they could to help get me the right size. The product was good material and amidst true to size. Highly recommend them.

I have ordered more than once with Rosegal and for the most part have been satisfied. This time around, however, I only received part of my order which was placed !st week of January and am having an impossible time trying to track it. Either # I enter gets kicked back as not existing. I want to get a tracking number and find out where the rest of my order is.
I heard a lot of mixed reviews on the products from Rosegal. I ordered not getting my hopes up too high. I was very happy with the quality of my shirt and am looking forward to buying more. The only thing that was a 'problem', and it really wasn't that bad, is that the shipping took a bit longer than I hoped. I ordered on 9/10 and didn't get the product until 10/7

After my last review, I was finally contacted by a human (and not an automated machine) in Rosegal and was reimbursed for the package I didn't receive. I still believe that they need to improve their customer service so other people don't have to go through the hassle I did, but the important thing is that the person who answered me was named France and was very polite and fixed this problem immediately, so thank you for your attention!

I bought a dress that just wasn’t me when I tried it on. The support team was great and extremely helpful in doing the return/refund. Customer service is great and I totally appreciate how understanding they were!
Overall good experience. Improvements need to be made for shipping on outside of the U.S. Distributor's. It can take over 3 weeks at times to receive an order.

I ordered a dress from rosegal in mid-November. In mid-December I was informed that it had been shipped, but the shipping website showed it in transit and never changed. In late December I was told my item would likely be delayed by holiday shipping overloads, but that it would be with me by January. In mid-January, having still not received the item, I checked the shipping site to see it was now marked as delivered. I reached out to rosegal customer service and after some run around was told that rosegal completed its obligation to me, and if the shipping company lost it, I was out of luck. While this is technically true, I'm extremely disappointed in the lack of support from this company. So long as they choose to ship items through unreliable shipping companies, don't bother wasting your time or money. That's $25 spent for a lot of emails and nothing more. I'm updating to 2 stars as after writing this review I was contacted by the company and offered my money back as they admit that the item was returned to them after a shipping error. While I appreciate the company's honesty and integrity in refunding me for goods they promised but never delivered (at least after I publicly reviewed them), I still can't recommend shopping with them so long as they use unreliable shipping contractors. Disappointed I'll never get to see that dress I ordered!

their producst are so unique and particular. i can find lots of interesting things thanks to their variety. the quality changes from product to product. i like their leggins,( i have to buy others), i like their bags (ive got a fox bag so cute, everyone says its so beautiful, im agree). i find lots of beautuful jewels with low cost prices. the prices of clothes changes, something has hight price, other has low pricens. the material is different, but you can also find cotton that i prefer. i alsways received my parcels, for someone i waited more weeks, for other just one or 2 weeks. so its good!
Normal store with good prices. I made several orders from them. There are no problems with the problems. One minus is a long delivery. 4-5 weeks. Goods match the description. Promotional prices are very attractive.
I was very happy with the shipping. I had some concerns that there might be some issue with Canadian Customs as I have had trouble with overseas orders before. The package was packed small & tight and was not dinged at customs with extra fees. The clothing was, in general, thinner in fabric weight. Not a bad thing as it opens up options for summer wear. Just something to keep ion mind when buying for winter. I am looking forward to more shopping in the future :)
I ordered a hoodie 3x got it nice but more like a large so the sizes was wrong and ordered a pink top with butterflies it’s a 3x but it’s black wrong colors so if you order a hoodie and want a 3x better order a 6x maybe it will be the right size

My last order from Rosegal is so fantastic <3, i ordered a hair accessory and a ring light for my smartphone, the hair accessory is so beautiful and the ring light is so useful for me.
