Delay after delay , I also read the fine print and it did not say anything about me having to be home to sign for the rug. After already taking two days off and then two weeks later, I finally received the rug however it is completely damaged. I then followed the instructions on the email. I sent an email with all the proper information and all of the pictures of the damage still waiting. Yep still waiting for someone to tell me they received the email and what to do next.

The rug is beautiful and plush just like I wanted. It was a little lighter than the photos right out of the box. But because of the two directional illusion, vacuuming helped me get it to show the darker side. Also, the rug pad is perfect for my hardwood floors and doesn’t slip at all.

The purchasing process was great. The rep was thorough and a pleasure to work with. The delivery was on time, the packaging was intact, and the delivery person was pleasant and efficient. However, when I opened the rug, it was damaged. Before I unrolled it, I noticed there was a large rectangular cut in the rug that was visible from the outside. I'm not sure how it got past quality control given how visible it is. I am in the process of coordinating a replacement.

I wish I could give them a ZERO. I cancelled my order within 5 minutes of placing it. Yet they still sent me the order and they require that I pay for shipping to return it. They also said I could not refuse the order.

First sample I ordered got lost and took over 30 days to get replacement.Ordered another sample on 6/30 it is now 7/14 no sample.When I check tracking it was in Phoenix on 7/3( I live 30 minutes away) then it went to Connecticut,Ohio, Indiana, Missouri and then Kansas.There is no info after Kansas but I am sure it is on its way to Europe. Amazon would of had it here in less than 24 hours.maybe give Jeff Bezos a call
