Fedex freight set up a delivery with a 3 hour window. I waited around for an additional hour before contacting them only to find out they didn’t receive the rug in time to deliver. No effort to contact me to let me know. Just wasted my time. Now I have scheduled delivery for a future date with another 3 hour window. When did my time become valueless?

I found the rug to look as it was on the web page when I purchased it. However as one other buyer said the rug does seem to shed,so far, one or two of the sunbursts,if you will. Otherwise I really like the colors and the plushness of it. I'm hoping the shedding will resolve itself eventually. However even if it loses more of its woven threads it is an all wool rug, for the price it a good buy till it is no longer of use.

The rug arrived with a variety of imperfections which I was told is the nature of the weave. This should have been better addressed in the description. I could possibly learn to live with that but there was also a 3.5" pulled loop of yarn and that's problematic. Free return shipping was offered but not doable for me. Rugs Direct has offered a full refund. I very much appreciate their effort at good customer service.
