We saw the rug while on Nantucket. We live on the Cape and it was exactly what we had been looking for. The shop where we saw it, at their entrance, did not carry it but we knew your brand. Looked it up online while on the ferry heading home, ordered it and it arrived a few days later. It’s a very practical and awesome color for a home by the water. We love it!

Diane Northup-Malcolm helped me when I told her my rug came in damaged. So she is sending me a replacement and a pickup for the damaged rug. She was friendly & very effective & should be given a raise.

Customer service is great! I had an issue that resolved immediately. The product itself is nice but not worth high cost. At the end of the day it's just a mat with a print on it. I wasn't wowed when I received it and felt a little jipped that I had paid so much.
